Loved the location,two major supermarkets walking distance, plenty of eating places around,very clean hotel,WiFi available all times, laundromat on site. Friendly staff.

Tbe room wreaked of mold & mildew. For health concerns we would not stay there snd found another hotel

Pros: Friendly staff; very helpful. Doesn't nickle and dime for toiletries and coffee. Breakfast was actually decent. Plenty of space in room. Location is prime. Cons: It is a bit dated and tired. I wouldn't say run down, but not "fresh". Our room smelled like a salon for some reason. That could have just been from the previous guest, but the smell was strong and lasted the entire 4 day stay. Honestly though, salon isn't the worst smell you could encounter, so not a deal breaker. Overall, if you can humble yourself and not be pretentious about having a posh hotel stay, it's perfect for the price. Definitely will consider staying again when in town.

bathroom floor sagging when you walk on it. whole building smelled bad. breakfast was not much. not cleanest place i have stayed. staff pleasant enough. hard to get to except traveling east on 35e

This place is horrible, I'm surprised they're still open for business. The room was nasty, blanket was paper thin it was very cold inside the heater they had was on the wall at ceiling level , I could barely take a shower because of how cold it was then when I finally went to sleep they're were people talking loud in front of my door. I am very disappointed with they're service and I was charged a extra night

Room was unexpectedly nice. I figured getting a room for so cheap I was going to be staying in a roach motel. Not the case!! Room was clean. Obviously for the price, it will attract your overnighters(methheads) that wonder around all night. Front desk even asked if I would like to view the room before I got it.

Only 2 issues that I had is the dryer in the facility didn’t dry my clothes even after two hours. Also the A/C in my room sounded like a dying giraffe and didn’t keep the room as cold as I would’ve preferred. With saying that everything else was great.

They began breaking down the breakfast nearly half an hour early, so if you enjoy your sleep and want to wake up to catch anything of a breakfast before the actual closing time, good luck. There was also cigarette holes all throughout the comfoter, hairs all throughout the bed, the place hasn’t had any updating in a minimum of 30 years, the smell in the hotel was just awful and made me feel like I required a shower after I left as well as that stench stayed on my clothes and everything else we brought in to the hotel. As for the bathroom, I’ve literally seen jail cells that look better. The mirror had writing all over it (same with the bed frame), the drywall was peeling off, nasty black grout throughout, lightly painted over mold stains and the tub had easily expired long ago. I had no option but to stay as I only booked because I saw 3+ star reviews etc and had a really short layover so I needed sleep. We would NOT go back.

Front desk staff was courteous and nice. However room cleaning service did not show up the next morning and there was a cockroach in my room. Hall leading to my suite strongly smelling smoking.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel is going under renovations but everything is great I love them I would return

The rooms them selfs have a decent design. Simple yet modern. However there are issues that made me feel uncomfortable. To start the mattress has very little padding i could feel the springs. I know this could be a corp problem so i dont want to hold it against this site. Zenis beds are cheap but comfortable i recommend them. Next the door has to be slamed to close and they dont feel secure. The bottom floor os all smoking rooms thus smells like smoke, thw up stairs smells like pot. But only in the hallway and not the room i was staying in. The carpet doe not match the wothin the

great customer service clean new mangement need to add a ice machine and maybe clean the rooms more ofter but i would stay agajn

I have zero complaints on the room, simply due to the great rate I was able to get it for last minute, compared to everywhere else. Do not expect or demand a 5 star hotel a budget. A few notes: I traveled alone, without a vehicle. The employee checking me in was very pleasant and informative, it was clear he knew what he was doing and enjoyed doing it. The bathroom looks very nice as if it were recently remodeled. Very impressed. It really stood out compared to the rest of the room, almost like I were in different hotels. The rest of the room was pretty standard of an older hotel, needing restorations and remodeling done- which looked like they were in the process of doing. I was on the fourth floor and checked out before midnight, so I'm not sure about overnight noise, but I did notice many of the room doors, including mine, had to be slammed shut. If I am in the area again, I'd stay here if the rate were comparable, but I wouldn't pay much more for the room I had as it was.

We love the place, it is accessible to the supermarket, restaurants. It's cheap. The hotel is along the highway. The room is clean and spaceous. We love to come back and recommend this hotel to our friends.

From the manger yelling at me from the check out was horrible. Well another employee did apologize for the manger.

Room clean. Surrounding area is a little run down. However, staff good people. Were very helpful to me. You must drive to places from here.

First of all I am blessed because the room we got was fortunately the best room in the hotel probably . The major issue was we did not have hot water for two days no one ever answered the front desk ever we continuously had to go down if we had problems speaking of that the elevator was broken most of the time small children got stuck in the elevator on two different occasions while we were there !!! I did not eat the free breakfast everyone says it’s good they are conditioner in my room worked wonderful but the hallways are hot there was no smoke detector in our room there were cigarette burns in the bedskirt but the beds were clean and sheeting’s were clean it’s outdated but clean . The bathtub was not but me and my husband cleaned it ourselves because they did not have another room to change to since there were so many people having problems not only that day but it seems every day for the last 30 . We stayed there three nights

Messy, bad odor, old dirty carpet. No recommendated for family nor someone cares about places. They really need to do some Remodeling or lower the price..

Giving all four stars because they manipulate ratings and remove 1,2 star ratings . But this places is shitty with lawn mowers drinking standing out side their doors. Chain should remove their franchise from this operator . Horrible .

Honestly I understand that there were a newer hotel and were just getting things started but when the air conditioning doesn’t work and you see about three roaches in your room it’s pretty disgusting.

The place is under renovation and there was a lot of noise from the construction.. Also the facility is just ok. Not value for money compared to some of the other facilities in the vicinity.

I typically spend a few nights a month in Houston or Dallas driving for Uber. I needed to find a reasonably priced motel just to sleep for 6 hours and take a shower so I started staying in various Motel 6’s. Like all chains the quality varies greatly, from poor to this Motel 6 (high quality). This is the nicest Motel 6 I have stayed in and it’s a dynamite value. Uber/Lyft drivers look no further. It’s in the middle of a Dallas hotspot with probably 100 restaurants within a mile. I’ve stayed here 4 times in the last month at an average cost of $55 (including taxes) per night. Here’s what I got for the money: - clean, spacious room - nice swimming pool and hot tub - clean shower with good shower head - private courtyard patio - fridge and microwave - free WiFi and cable - comfortable bed - drive-up room - friendly staff (thanks Jeremy) - I feel safe here, and I don’t worry about my car

I was amazed by the middle outside area. The lawn was very well kept and the pool was very nice for a hotel of this rating. The pool was even illuminated at night. I was right next to it and it was nice seeing other guests (with kids) hanging out enjoying their weekend by the grill. It was an amazing family oriented experience I’ve never really felt at a hotel. The rooms were also a great size and clean. My only concern was that the front desk lady had issues finding my online paid booking and was rude about it.

Older hotel but stay was great we will stay here again in future definitely. Hotel room was clean and well cared for. Staff was A+ some of the best have delt with in long time approximately 10 minutes after we got in room staff called to check if everything was satisfactory and thanked again for staying with them. Also wanted to comment on hot Breakfast was great not just the standard items and waffles but Biscuits and gravy, Eggs, sausages, and hash browns definitely a great breakfast and start to the day.
