The hotel was well located at the sea front,signboard even though Red,is not easily spotable,the atmosphere was clean ,staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable even though on the small side.Check out was quick.There was no lounge to relax.Generally,it was good value for the money .

Very much enjoyed my one night stay , arrived 10.00 pm in the rain & wasn't kept waiting , all booking details were on hand . Clean fair sized room with seating , coffee, tea . shampoo and gel on hand . Fluffy towels , very comfortable bed , large flatscreen Clean modern bathroom , Great choice at breakfast , friendly staff . Would recommend wholeheartedly .

On a quiet square very close to everything in Eastbourne this has a beautifully elegant downstairs, and a great feel thanks to the staff. Upstairs the rooms are a bit more basic (I was in a single room) but fully functional and well maintained.

I had booked her one night at the 5 star Grand because The View was fully booked on the Friday... She said she would choose The View Hotel every time she visits Eastbourne... High Praise indeed...

The hotel was good. We atrived late and were not able to check in thoguh. We paid that night and stayed in another hotel. Be on time before check in time.

Shoreview Hotel is I think has the best location in Eastbourne. There’s a pub behind the hotel, Tesco is a 2 minute walk with a cash machine, 5 minute walk from the pier and restaurants around the area. Our room was in the corner this time and the views are to die for. I’ll definitely go back there again.

This is a B&B style property with really welcoming and friendly hosts. We reached early and they were really kind in allowing us to leave the baggage in our room. Breakfast was good and even had a vegetarian option. The location is 2 minutes away from the sea. Parking is somewhat limited.

This hotel is probably the second best in Eastbourne. Highly recommended.

The staff at The Pier Hotel made sure we had a lovely relaxing stay. Best location in Eastbourne, right opposite the Pier. Nice room, nice breakfast, all good !

We were moved to Mansion Lions due to lack of bookings at Albany Lions. We were given a front room with sea and pier views. Breakfasts were delicious, and service great. Parking was just around corner £1 per day. Totally enjoyed our stay.

Stopped here for one night. Good value for money, very clean, great location, lovely hosts, breakfast included was freshly cooked to order, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, fresh juices, full English, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, what more can you want. Will definitely visit again.

Hotel is very scruffy rooms are dirty heating is of poor quality so like an ice bucket no iron or ironing board asked for an extra duvet which was dirty and the bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in as could feel all the springs

Good breakfast and dining areas but the full English breakfast was not freshly cooked (except the egg) on both mornings. an older clientele and not suitable for children to spoil the seclusion and peace of this hotel.

We stayed for one night in Eastbourne and was glad we chose Brayscroft. Place was very nicely decorated and host was very helpful in recommending us places to go for dinner. Very welcoming.

The B&B is conveniently situated in a central location with the added bonus of parking spaces. Jon & Hayley were friendly and gave good advice on places to eat/visit. Our room was a King size room with balcony with seas views. The room was lovely as was the Full English Breakfast and we couldn't have asked for anything more during our stay.
