"The room was amazingly modern. It had a swimming pool, a rooftop bar, a pool bar and a club. If you're just tired for the day and don't wanna go out "touristing" this is a great place to spend the day in and have a peaceful time. Lots of fun and things going on. Florence isn't that big but it's still walking distnace from most attractions. I'd highly recommend it. Even if you're considering going to a hotel, choose this instead. They give you individula beds, not bunk beds, and they don't crowd you like some hostels do. I traveled through five cities in italy and this was my favourite of all the places I stayed."

"Hotel is mainly catered to group tours so it can be busy at times. Hotel is old but maintenance is decent. Location is just on the Arno river and you can walk into town in 15 minutes. Room is quite small but you are not in Florence to look at the room. The food in bistro next to the hotel (called the Outside Bistro!) is very nice and if you want to charge to your hotel bill, you need to tell the waiter before you order. "

"We reluctantly booked this hotel in Florence as it was a Best Westren and we wanted more than we thought they offered. Our voucher said " breakfast not included". However, it was included and the breakfast was a full one., with eggs etc. Everthing about this hotel was clean and very comfortable. The staff spoke English fluently and were very helpful. The location was fine, about a ten minute walk to the Pontevecchia and Uffizzi. Sorry not to say mor but too busy after three weeks away. This hotel is outstanding in EVERY respect we can think of. What more is there to say. Sorry there isn't more than five points to rate it on."
