"Agoda listed this hotel as pet friendly when I booked. I even called and verified with an employee that I was able to bring my fiancée’s dog. Upon arrival I was told that pets were not allowed. I’m just going to contribute this to a miscommunication somewhere. It is what it is at this point. The staff attempted to be as helpful as possible resolving the matter. The only negative I have is, why do they have a pancake machine? It was big and bulky and looked very much out of place. I would recommend a waffle maker that takes up a 80% less space and people enjoy waffles. No one used that pancake machine my days there, so it may be a waste of space to be utilized by something people actually want to use."
