originally i have paid to stay at the towers of chevron renaissance for 3 nights but the room was horrible (dirty) so i have decieded to change to q1 even i have only stayed 1 night there... i am so glad that i have made such decision even spenidng extra money.. it is such day and night with q1 and the towers of chevron renaissance.. even though it rained the whole time, but the room in q1 was well equipped so that me and my girl friend can relax in the room.. facilities are good expecially both the outdoor and indoor pool.. it is one of the best place to stay in gold coast

This is one of the best accommodations I had in Gold Coast so far. Been to GC so many times, Rhapsody is one that I will definitely would stay again. Very friendly and helpful staff. The 2 bedrooms apartment i stayed has 180 degree Ocean view, very clean and tidy; air conditioning is a 2 split system which is a good point that when travelling with parent or other family, as can adjust the temperature as you are most comfortable with. It's location is around 10-15mins walk from Sufer Paradise, although it may not as convenient as if you stay in Sufers Paradise but is nice and quiet so you can have a good sleep. You can also enjoy the roof top garden for a BBQ night with unbeatable night views of Gold Coast!!! Price also reasonable!!! Highly recommended!!!

Best hotel ever in Gold coast! If you are looking for a place to stay in to make your trip memorable, look no further! I will definitely be back here if I go back to Gold coast! The famous surfer's Paradise beach is just at the doorstep, Beautiful view from our balcony. We love this place so much we are considering buying an apartment here! Shopping ( that closes late) is available just below the hotel! We had dinner at Soul Seduction in the hotel & it was one of our best meal! Staffs were friendly & helpful. I couldn't check in early thus left our perishable food with the staff & they were in my room's fridge when I came back from shopping! Hassle free! Room was up class & the best in our entire Gold coast trip. Huge, clean room. Equipments were all working well & their drawers was all "slam-free" type. (I think they call it hydraulic drawers?) We watched the sunrise with no obstruction at all. Totally worth every penny staying here!! Highly recommend anyone/everyone to stay here!

We are from Melbourne and the weather is crazy as usual. Therefore, we have tried to have at least 2 get away trips a year. We both love Gold Coast and we've been here quite often and this is our 6th times in this lovely holiday paradise. We were staying at Hotel Grand Chancellor and Hilton once of each time but our favourite hotel is Watermark Surfers Paradise. The hotel were both very ordinary and we didn't enjoy our stay there. Room rate and quality of room is pretty good and this is 4th time we have stayed at Watermark hotel. From front office desk when we check in until we get a drink from hotel bar staff is great experience they have been very friendly and helpful. Last but not least, after a long day for outdoor activities you should relax in hotel spa and swimming pools and I'm sure you will love it. We would definitely come back and strongly recommend to our family and friends this hotel when they visit Gold Coast in the future. Thanks and keep doing a great jobs guys. Cheers

i and my family stayed in this apartment four nights we feel very comfort and have a complete facilities. i had cook to my children some food just feel like my home. the bed room is very nice and bed is comfort to sleep we like to stay in this apartment just like we at our home. the best thing is very easy to anywhere because the good location. we will come again when we travel in gold coast.

Pros: - Close to so many Gold Coast attractions and shopping centres via car (approx. 15 mins away from the theme parks and malls) - New hotel so it was clean and tidy - The male receptionists were friendly and helpful - After hour calls were picked up quickly and action was done to resolve issues promptly - Room was brightly lit from big window - Bed and towels were clean - Carpet was soft - Air con worked well - Shower head produced hot water fast - Many body towels, floor towels and hand towels were provided - Ample street car parking nearby Cons: - WiFi is very slow - No slippers provided (not a big issue but could prevent possible stains on carpet and maintain cleanliness) - Blanket was quite thin - No pools/gym - Shower glass isn't wide so the water flows onto bathroom tiles - Reception desk isn't available after hours - Cleaning service doesn't run on Sundays and Public Holidays - Secure underground car parking is $20/night and is very tight-spaced

Wonderful stay at this place. After reading some not to great reviews of the apartment being not so well maintained, we were pleasantly surprised! Check in was a breeze - we arrived close to midnight and the check in staff was very helpful & cheery! Our rooms were spacious & clean - yes, a few cracks in the walls seen but hardly enough to bother us. Fresh towels everyday! Our hob didn't work and we called maintenance - it was repaired the very next day. We were out most of the time so, it was not a problem at all! Parking did not prove to be TOO much of a nuisance - we had to make a few rounds to get to the available parking lots but really, it was not a problem! If you're travelling with kids between 15-6, it's great that you have a supermarket at your doorstep! It's about 5 mins walk to the beach and that was fantastic! Shops, cafes, restaurants on Cavill were also plus point. This was our 2nd time staying in a Mantra property in Gold Coast! Mantra Circle was a better choice if you want the convenience of everything nearby.

I am 75 years old and have just returned from a wonderful few days at the Beachcomber Surfers Paradise with my 8 year old great-grandson. We were amazed at how spacious the apartment was. We just loved it. We had a twin bedroom, a large bathroom (a bath as well as shower and toilet), washing machine and dryer, big kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stove and microwave, loads of cupboard space and kitchen utensils. The combined lounge/ dining room gave magnificent views (we were on the 21st floor), as did our large balcony which had another table and chairs. The Beachcomber is in an ideal position ... just minutes from everything in Surfers Paradise and a bus ride away from Seaworld (our Tuesday destination) and Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary (our Wednesday outing). I was fortunate enough to have booked early for this school-holiday period and to have obtained a 30% discount. The total for three nights was $228.90 ... just amazing. If you want to be pampered and have your beds made and towels changed every day, this may not be for you. However, we just wanted somewhere clean and comfortable and that is what we got. Thank you to the staff I dealt with, all of whom were pleasant, friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in returning to the Beachcomber should I be looking for Gold Coast accommodation in the future, and I would be happy to recommend it to anyone who will listen. Eight year old James says, "Tell them it was AWESOME!" "Tell them it was AWESOME!!!"

location of this hotel was perfectly situated, just 5 minutes walk to the beach, reastaurants, entertainment center, bus stop to movie word, dream world, seaworld, etc. friendly, approachable and polite staff. breakfast was appetizing, tasty, and flavourful, especially the heavenly pancakes. highly recommended for those who want to have an unforgettable vacation in gold coast!

We spent a week at the end of our month's holiday at the Island Gold Coast hotel and had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The definite pluses are the location and the staff who went out of their way to accommodate and make our stay a very pleasant one. The only negative point was that our room was exactly above the bar which at weekends gets pretty busy and noisy till the early hours in the morning so if you need to wake up early the next morning it's a problem. Breakfast is a bit limited but again the staff working there go that extra mile to make it satisfactory. The Goldie's restaurant has excellent food as we had an early lunch there and the food was fantastic. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel as it offers affordable accommodation at a very central location.

Booked the 3 bedroom with GCHR and all the rooms were with seaview. It was a fantastic apartment, it was very spacious, clean and beautiful. The location is superb and the view from level 33 is breathtaking. Will surely stay here again if we ever going to visit Gold Coast again.

The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size fridge, full oven and stovetop. Also a kettle and toaster as well as electric frypan. There was an ironing board with a brand new iron, hairdryer. A balcony that overlooked the pool. There was a full bbq area also a spa. The staff were wonderful. The room it self has a separate bedroom with a queen size bed. The living area has a double/single bunk bed. The lounges also had a sofa bed. The apartments are within a 5 minute walk to Cavill Ave there are a number of shops and restaurants around the area. Its a quiet complex even though its close to the action and nightlife. The beach is about 200m walk. Would definately recommend Trickett Gardens Holiday Inn as one of the best places I've stayed at in the Gold Coast.

There are tonnes of Hotels in Gold Coast, but why GT Gold Coast? Reasons are simple: its very Clean and organize! Its very welcoming by having unlimited Ice tea and Fresh lemonade at the Concierge. Very little detail set in this hotel has been very thoughtful and humorous. Kat, the lady at the Concierge is very helpful and made all of our last minute arrangements at Gold coast. Thumbs up for her ;) Room cleaner takes alot of effort in cleaning and is concern if your room needs cleaning as she noticed that we do not want to be disturb for 2 straight days. The room Tv is big, LG 42 or 46 inches. Ironing board, 2 umbrellas, stylish bathrobe etc provided. The only Cons is the toilet basin: very difficult to use as its too small and impractical eventhough its designer's style. But i love the shower area eventhough theres no door to prevent water from splashing out. This is the only hotel stay that i bath everyday and even twice a day! No coffee provided, only tea bags. Hotel is 1 block away from Beach. 5-6 min walk from Convenience Store and all the restaurants and cafes. Well heck all the dining out! U should try the Hotel restaurants "Stingray" has great food! I tried bbq chicken pizza and Hotdog with fries. Both are very tasty, buffalo wings you can forget about it.. "Bazzar" restaurant breakfast closes very early and punctual! till 10.30am. We were told last call for food at 10.30am and within 2 mins most of the food has been cleared?!! The non-eurosian looking lady at the omelette section is the 1st person i encountered unpleasant thrgout my aussie holiday so far. Poor attitude. She just doesnt fit right in Aussie culture where people are mostly friendly, welcoming. Generally a MUST STAY in gold coast! You wont regret.

stayed five nights over the january period. usually quite hot weather on the gold coast this time of year, but unfortunately rained the entire time. the hotel is very new. the fit out of the hotel is excellent and the service from the staff is 5-star. its just a short walk to the beach, the hotel is set back from main beach by about 100m. it is only a short walk to the shops and any of the surrounding attractions of the gold coast. the only drawback is that the hotel is set right along the notorious gold coast night club strip. this seems to suit the multitude of individuals who descend on the hotel at weekends to have a bender at one of the neighbouring night clubs. our room was on about the 12th floor which was well above the noise of the clubs and had great views of the ocean.

I was impressed the moment I stepped into the room. It was a nice apartment with a kitchen and balcony. It really made my stay in Gold Coast a memorable one. The kitchen was well equipped with electrical stove, oven, bbq, dishwasher. Made full use of the washing machine and dryer too. It felt like home at Ipanema Holiday.

Just an overnight stop before an international flight. Friendly, unpretentious, spacious, so convenient to Gold Coast airport. Good value pub meal at the Dolphin Hotel opposite Twin Towns Club. Great breakfast buffet makes life easy. Would be great for family holidays too.

The rooms at Jupiters Casino are as I would expect from a 5-star casino, so I won't comment much on that. Staff were helpful when asked questions. Most of the property is undergoing renovations at the moment because the casino has been there for a while and is due for an upgrade, so if you are staying just be prepared that there may be some noise in certain areas and not all restaurants or areas will be open. Having said that I really enjoyed my stay, the outdoor heated pool and surrounding area was beautiful. The casino floor pretty much looks like any other casino and if you are a gambler you'll find all the usual games available. The location of the casino and hotel is great... or maybe I should say... it will be great when jupiters and the rest of the gold coast has finished renovations. Currently the casino is located on its own little island. This isn't so much of a problem because you can take the mono rail over to broadbeach... if it wasn't for the fact that the monorail is also undergoing renovations. The casino is however a very short walk (just across the road in fact) from the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Great for shopping and going to the cinemas and outdoor dining.... except that Pacific fair at the moment is udnergoing a massive renovation which includes the cinemas. Once renovations are done all over the gold coast and in the casino I have no doubt that this will be an excellent place to visit again.

One of the best hotels during my OZ trip. Had the Resort Room which overlooks the city (and construction) with a bit of the sea view. Room itself is spacious with lots of storage, full length mirror and room to move around. 5 mins walk to the beach, and round the corner is Cavill Ave where cafes and restaurants open late. Bus from Nerang Train Station stops a block away (less than 3 mins walk), and bus to Sea World is diagonally opposite hotel (or opposite Hard Rock Cafe which is next to the hotel). Has a shopping complex adjacent to hotel. About 10 minutes walk to the night market along the beach. Check in and check out was a breeze even though there was a crowd. Concierge was very helpful pointing out places to eat and relevant bus stops. Restaurant food and service is extremely good too - definitely must try especially their seafood platter and chips. Will stay here again the next time I'm in Gold Coast.

It's just perfect, we are satisfied. We had a wonderful time in Gold Coast. We will definitely stay in Peppers Broadbeach again next time.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staffs. The apartment was very spacious and clean. We got one that was facing both the ocean and the city. The hotel was just 2 mins walk to the beach, all you had to do was just to cross the road & you are there. My children loved the apartment cos it was big, the view & its proximity to the beach. Its abt 3 mins drive to Surfers Paradise's main shopping & night life area. Parking is expensive, so look out for those that allows you to park for free after 7pm along the road. The indoor n outdoor pool were great, so was the jacuzzi. I personaly loved the sauna. Theres even a tennis court. Free parking n free wifi was godsend. Everything you need is in the apartment like dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge etc. You can book your tickets to all the theme parks n tourists attractions fm the friendly reception staffs at the hotel itself. Its abt 20 - 30 min drive to the theme parks. Sea World is just 5 - 10 min drive away. Would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Gold Coast again.

The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the famous sufers paradise beach. Situated nextto Covil St-where the main shopping centre at suffers paradise. The room is clean and very spaceous. The view is maverlous. The view from the room is superb as I can enjoy the view of open ocean and aslo the beautiful sun set panaroma. Since my roomis at 12 floor, I could see all the beautiful view of Covil St at nite. If u enjoy food, then I recommend this hotel. If you plan for outside food, trere many food outlet nearby such as, thai food, indonesia, malaysia, arabic, italian and many other international cusine apart from normal western food. Think of gifts or sovenier to buy, just go to the front lobby, and nearby shops, the are plenty to choose from. If uplan to spent ur holiday in Gold Coast, I recomment this hotel. I bet u would not regret, It is worth the money u spent.

This is an amazing place in Gold Coast. It located in a very natural place which good for kids and us. Wild animals all around us and the sky is so clear for watching star in the night time.

I love everything about Trilogy! Our apartment was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The jacuzzi was lovely! It's conveniently located near public transportation, restaurants, and a supermarket. You may also buy your Go Explore card at the reception which allows you to have unlimited rides on the tram and buses for 10 AUD a day. The lady at the reception was incredibly helpful in suggesting places and routes to take around the Gold Coast. We can't wait to come back! I was so happy that there were changes to our flight itinerary that forced me to cancel my initial booking with a different hotel and we ended up with Trilogy!

Clean and nice apartment, good location. just walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Facilities nothing to complain. The only thing is the toilet paper is not refillable, once those provide use up you will need to buy at your own. Will stay again if back to gold coast.

spacious apartment within walking distance to surfer's paradise (8 mins) and beach (3 mins). the staff at reception is ever ready to assist with info and booking. as it's right outside the main shopping area, it's relatively peaceful. apartment is spotless and fully equip with washing machine, dryer, hair dryer and even a vacuum cleaner and ironing board. feels just like home minus the housework. request for high floor, sea view. you'll not regret it. we saw the most beautiful sunrise 2 morning in a row. it was definitely worth dragging myself out of bed for. would definitely recommend palazzo colonnades apartments and will stay there again if i ever go back to gold coast, australia.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment it was clean and had everything we needed plus we had amazing views. The staff were friendly and will go out of their way to try to help you we had an issue with our car parking space and they were more than happy to try to find us a new one which they did. My grandson and adult children loved the pool it was close to the beach and shops, will definitely be booking here again next time we come to the Gold Coast.

Spent a lovely time in Gold Coast area and chose Mantra as it's just close to the beach and only 5min drive from airport! This place is huge and easy to get lost, but after some exploring, found our way. At the time of our stay, it was rather busy - as expected for school holiday and weekend. There's some nice walks along the beach, great for running, swimming, surfing and even cycling tracks for early AM activities. Gold Coast CBD was a bit far, but with car it's not a problem. If you don't have car, there's plenty to explore in nearby area too.
