"There is no manned reception so visitors have to call the portier in order to get the keys. We waited only 5 mins so it is not so bad. The room was OK. If you`re on a tight budget this could be an OK solution for accomodation. However if you want better service and nice room I would check out the hotels in the city center. The price difference is not as big. !!!Payment through Agoda website was not registered by the hotel. When we arrivied we were asked to pay again even if I have payed when I ordered the hotel. That looked like some kind of scam so I was reluctant to pay at first. However the portier convinced me that I was not charged when I payed online so I agreed to pay in cash. That proved to be true when I checked my bank account later. However it is quite annoying to be asked for payment when you think you already payed. !!!! "

"Hotel location is good in the centrum. Main shopping streets were only few hundred meters from the main entrance. Room was small but nice. Hotel staff was friendly. Quality of the tv screen could have been better."
