The location was extremely great, in the middle of bustling Tsim Tsa Tsui with so much food available even till the wee hours.

Various famous eats are also located within 5 mins maximum walking distance which was awesome. MRT is really near as well. Rooms are spacious for HK standards, really clean and comfy, service is great and polite. Will definitely be back!

Great staff upgraded us to an amazing room with HK bay views. Perfectly clean room with high quality bed linen and towels.

Extremely comfy matress. Quiet room perfect to deal with the jetlag. Nice AC. We asked for late check-out and we were offered free of charge use of gym and shower facilities even after 12pm normal check-out time. Very appreciated. We arrived quite early in the morning and they offered us a room by 10am. Highly appreciated it. Conveniently located next to a hotel in one of the free shuttle buses to/from the airport. The best part of it: free of charge mobile phone with free international calls and 4G included, extremelly convenient to move around the city. Definitelly will come back. Highly recommended. Well done ;)))

This is my first time staying in this hotel and I am sure it won't be my last one! The hotel is located near Tin Hau station and next to the Victoria Park.

If you enjoy morning stroll in the park, you will see different age groups engaging in their own activities - Taiji, jogging, chit-chatting etc. A 15-min stroll across the park is the popular Causeway Bay where you can do touristy stuff - SHOPPING! What more can I say about this hotel?

We have stayed with cordis previously and this time, we brought our 5month old along for the first time.

baby cot and baby shower amenities were provided, unfortunately the cot was at a fixed height, and was too low for us to place the baby inside and attend to him while he slept, nevertheless, the super king bed was huge enough for the 3 of us. we were in rush and our baby stuffs were all over the place, when we returned, the housekeeper had it all in place and provided extra bottled water for us too! we highly recommend cordis and the stay is worth every single cent.

everything was so fabulous a kid friendly hotel which my kids enjoyed a lot, 2 kiddie swimming pool and a playroom, the staffs are so accomodating providing us comfort at superb level, they allowed us to have a king size bed whereby I originally booked a 2 single bedroom, everyone was so attentive to their guests needs I asked many favors but the only decline one was the availability of plain rice as requested by my 7 daughter, as for the room it was spacious plus a daily room cleaning was provided though not requested, refilling of toiletries & bottled water was great and no extra charge for my 3-year-old 3days buffet breakfast was so really awesome and the scenic view of the bay & the mountains are all enjoyably relaxing

We'd stayed there for 2nights and 3 days and went to Disneyland. to Disneyland, about 30 minutes took us by city bus and a train.

morning buffet was like 4 or 5 kinds of foods but that didn't matter for us cause we'd not been staying there for daytime and enough if anything. the bath room was really clean and beds are comfortable too. we want to stay there for a next time !!

My friend and I had a great time during our stay in Carlton Guest House. We arrived around 3am in the hotel and the staff was accommodating.

Of course, I called them up to confirm with them about our late check in. The room was small but it has aircon, ceiling fan, tv, hot & cold shower, towel, tissue paper and even slippers for the guests. There's also free hot and cold distilled water for guests. The internet access was good. We were also able to leave our luggage after we checked out to do more sightseeing in the city center. We had no problems with the elevator going to 15th floor. The hotel was clean and orderly. I will recommend the hotel to my friends.

Filipino will be the one to take care of your room though the owner is a chinese. We have tried chungking mansion and its the worst compare to this one. the room is clean. and since we have kids and it is good for kids also. the room is just right.

So we went during peak season where rooms are full and expensive. Its pretty small. Hey. Its hong kong.

And we just need a room to sleep. Room was clean. Hot water, air conditiner was working. During check in, there was no towels in the room. I went and ask the staff and he gave us 2. Only downer was the remote for tv not working.

Note that people living in Hong Kong don't talk English that much. It is quite difficult to speak to them or get an answer and some may actually sound rude and act rude.

If you are good at following directions and looking at maps, you'll be fine. You don't need to talk to anyone a lot. I love HongKong because I can go different places via the MTR with no fuss and I can walk around and feel safe. I love that I can go shopping anywhere and I always have somewhere to go. I will always come back to HongKong.

There are impatient people everywhere around you, so you have no time to think and decide what to do next.

Best to have a plan and stick to it lest be mobbed by angry pedestrians. Don't expect too much service from staff, they generally give no hoots toward customer satisfaction. Hongkong is a small city.there's a lot of place to visit like Disneyland,Ocean Park,Big Budha and many more.

Winter in HK is not cold, you can even wear Summer shorts there. But in case, bring a jacket with you if you are travelling in December- January.
