AS you can expect from a Mercure brand the hotel was a very good standard. Rooms reasonable size, clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful. The restaurant had a great buffet. Easy walking to all the city attractions and tourist sites.

Great location . Rooms too small, no refrigerator in the room, few amneties, If you want a warm feeling , this is not the hotel for you.

the b&b koblenz is conveniently located in the heart of the city and aims at the business traveller more than the tourist. the rooms are very clean and the beds comfortable. the breakfast offers a good selection but is chargable. all in all, good value for money!

Very friendly stuff in a family run hotel, which has a very long history over 200 years! This hotel has won a lot of praise. Very beautiful yard with a cherry tree. Comfortable bed and clean room. Bike can be rent for free, it is a good choice to have a ride along the river in the morning. Very fresh and cool!

The location was great, we were in Germany for 3 weeks and took a trip on the Rhine from Rudesheim and we were able to wheel our lugggage off the boat and walk across the road to the hotel. Had a great stay in the hotel. We had 2 rooms, the single one was up on the 3rd floor with no aircon, tend to get hot in the afternoon. The twin one was great, with fantastic bathroom and very spacious. The hotel is easy access to station , shopping centre and major part of the city. Front desk staff is very helpful.

Literally across the street to all sites in the old city. Close to the river. Above average breakfast. Clean and comfoftable rooms. Would definitely stay again.

Location is good, between main station and city center...you can walk to Koblenz main station and also to city center!

This hotel was a great price for 4 people traveling together. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was ample. the staff was not particularly helpful and there was no information about the health spa written in english. across the rhine river from the historic district, it took about 10 minutes to get to the center of town. apparently the hotel is gearing itself towards bus groups and/or gourmet dinner groups as the menu and staff were limited when we were there.

the place was perfectly fine and the staff is great but it just doesn't seem the best bang for your buck. it's not the easiest place to get to and from other parts of Koblenz, however, super easy from 9-6 to and from the AltStadt. there is a personal ferry that can take you across for ~1euro. Diehl's hotel i think might be better for families.

Nice Gasthaus for an affordable price. The breakfast is really great. It is located in the outskirts, it is possible to walk to the city centre in about 20 minutes, but you need the bus to return due to a very steep hill. Very good location in the centre of Koblenz old town. Very close to most of the tourist attractions,, shops , restaurants and cafes. The property is spotless clean, with all the amenities. Good kitchen facilities inc kettle, microwave, stove and cutlery. I have a very good stay in this apartment and will book again for my next visit to Koblenz..

The only gripe I have about this place is that there was no wifi facilities anywhere (even paid). Apart from that, the location is lovely and has good transport links via a short walk along the Rhine to the train station, or 2 minute walk to the bus station. Amazing. What a great location and very unique.

according to agoda we were suppose to pay 130 EU, we arrived late at night and had to pay 141 EU, cash. room is nice and clean, facilitated well, but we didn't even see the host (and couldn't ask questions) until the moment we left.
