"Friendly helpful staff, modern hotel with large reception/bar area ... breakfast was lovely and they cook particular requests. Rooms lovely and clean, perfect size for a night away neither small nor huge with all needed facilities - hairdryer, ironing board, tea coffee etc ... large and plentiful pillows and towels. Best thing is the hotels location ... we ate at restaurants, went to bars and clubs, visited the cathedral, Richard 3rd museum and shopping on the high street and markets and experienced an escape room and never needed a taxi once! Perfect location in the centre of Leicester. Thanks Ramada Encore, we will be back 😊👍"

"I considered this better for a short stay than the airbnb options. The location is so great, I arrived late at night and was easily able to walk here from the Gravel rd bus station.Only issue was there's no checkin after midnight, my bus was delayed so I was really worried about this but luckily made the deadline."
