"I absolutely love this hotel, from arrival you get the stunning views of the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben across the Bridge. The entrance with clear signs on where to go (even though there are a lot of different places to go). The spacious elevators with their colour changing lights. When I walked in the room I was greeted with light streaming through the glass of the windows which wet the full width if the room and an introductory video for the hotel. I managed to easily find out further information by flicking through the different options on the TV. Any time I needed to ask questions the staff members engaged in genuine conversation even though they were busy, it really made me feel that they valued me as an individual and not just to see me as one of the many people they must have staying at the hotel. All of this went towards me having a fantastic stay in London. I don't think I'll go to any other hotel in London now I've stayed here."

"This hotel is often full; no wonder given the appalling standard of a lot of London hotels in this category. The Mowbray is a bit of a surprise inside. The common areas are light, fresh and guest friendly. The rooms vary: some are VERY small, but still adequate, while others are quite roomy. All have modern bathrooms, which is a real relief, although I would say that a bit of attention to cleaning detail now will save a lot of unnecessary maintenance later. The staff are reserved but always helpful. The location is perfect being just around the corner from Earls Court Station and busy, bustling Earls Court Road. I would definitely recommend this hotel in the three-star category; however, sometimes the price is on the high side. Book early to get value for money. "

"I was skeptical about this hotel after reading the bad reviews but because of the location and considering my mother's weak knees, I just had to take the risk. Amazingly, they put us on the ground floor and my mom just had to walk a few steps up. We were not charged after we deposited our luggage after check out.Staff was polite and ensured we get our requests done right.Room was spacious considering how small my other hotels in London were.I did not knock on walls while bathing.Hehhe My and my mother could pack our luggage individually without bumping into each other. Only bad thing is that the water evacuation when brushing teeth/face washing at the sink wasnt fast enough. Hot water works well.No noisy sounds at night. It was better than expected because my mom did not complain. (i expected much worse) so perhaps it helps. :)"

But this hostel wa great that they reserved lower room and just 4 bed room and shower room was big and shower condition was very great! They were also leave message on the bed for this bed was reserved for Miss. ...... It was very good hospitality. It was like normal hotel service. "If your planning on riding the Tube...the station is less than a block away. This is a newer hotel, so it doesn't have a musty smell which some older hotels in London tend to have. Each room also has a huge Mac computer which you can use as your TV as well. The staff was very helpful. The best part is just blocks away from the Tower Bridge and Tower of London. I would recommend this hotel to families and couples. "
