Th staff, particularly, Sai at the counter/reception is very-very good, I'd say exceptionally pleasant personality. Right from breakfast to room service, everything was very professional. "We visited during Ramadan when the hotel resturants were closed. The hotel room service provided excellent meals. The location is convenient for many Manama sites but roads are underconstruction and it is difficult to find, especially in the dark. Parking was great and secure. Internet service was off and on throughout the stay - trouble with their server."

"I booked and in my booking I requested early check in,,,and a quite room. I got exactly what I asked for....I asked for two extra towels, a bath robe, extra tea bags and coffee and slippers and I got that too. staff are friendly and professional. good security which is good to have…however it would be better if hotel guests do not hear the walkie talki which is loud. The hotel has a nice private swimming pool unlike some hotels where everyone can look onto the pool. It has excellent facilities. What I really like is the location next to Juffair mall. Access to Juffair mall is from ground floor and not 4th floor unless you want to walk through a restaurant on the 4th floor. Parking was not an issue since the hotel provides valet parking. Hotel is suitable for families and single guests. I would recommend the high floors for families since it is quitter. I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel to families and friends. I will book in the hotel again soon. "

"Very Good Hotel in the middle of Manama. Has swimming pole and gymnasium. Enough parking around 6 floors. Room are standards with small size and I get interconnecting rooms. I front desk specially Milina was very friendly and helpful and gave us welcoming drinks for the Accor Silver members. Also, the checkout was excellent. I did not try the breakfast because there are many options at Bahrain. But we tried as family the welcoming drinking where the service was very good. The internet service was excellent and the beds are comfortable with very good lighting and bathroom. The location of the hotel is excellent nearby City Center, Dana Mall, Bahrain Mall, Bahrain Exhibition, Avenues Mall, Manama Gate and Al Seef Mall. Very good elevators not crowed. Small reception. Very big restaurant. "

"After I read a lot of negative reviews on agoda and tripadvisor about this hotel, I was wondering wether to book it or not for my 2 night stay in Bahrain. I decided to have a go and risk it. Right from the start I arrived to this hotel, I couldn't believe those reviews were true. First, I was checked-in early (some 3 hours before official check-in time) and at no extra charge. Secondly, I got a huge room with queen bed and super comfortable matress. Excellent sleep I had both nights. Room was clean. Yes, the hotel shows its age and should be updated but some people are too picky. At the price I paid, I got more than I expected in a country where accommodation is normally expensive. Plus wifi connection was strong. Location is not the best it is walking distance to Fateh Mosque, and there are also many shops and restaurants nearby. Or you are a short taxi ride away from the business district. If you have a car, like I did, there is also a free hotel parking. Would stay here again."
