"1) Communication was good / good follow-up 2) Price was ~30% higher than booking indicated (same class of service / nothing added except cost) 3) Buffet Breakfast was on par with an upper tier 'discount' Hotel / Holiday Inn Express style. (i.e. catered from local grocery store). Nothing 'home-made' / B&B style. Maybe the scrambled eggs... Our other stays in this region were excellent, so might have had higher expectations. "

"Area is ok but not much in walking distance around. My room faced parking lot, it was front side, and so noisy i could hear everything, all people from the parking lot sounded so loud. Building is old, floor in the hallway is a roller coaster, the way all is set up in the building is kind of awkward, side main entry, front desk on the left like a small store booth, elevator is hidden deep to the right like you will enter a bunker, vending area was ok. Laundry room is also behind 2 doors from lobby in the underworld. Room is nothing fancy, It was clean with few minor things. I think for this place, 55$ should be max. Also the old man in the evening at the front desk was not friendly at all, i dont need a friend but still i dont owe him anything, sounded kind of negligent. Lady that checked me in was lovely and professional. Never went for breakfast can not comment on that. Overall, you get a shower and a bed to sleep. This place solid 3 stars, no way higher than that.Solo yes can stay there, with wife and kids no way. As far as i remember some rooms were smoking rooms. Many different options around the place, if you are picky this place not for you, if you dont care as long as you have a bed to sleep and shower to take, this place will be fine."

"I wanted a hotel near the airport and the Best Westen was a great decision and we were extremely happy with our stay. The room service was great and our room was always clean and plenty of towels etc. etc. The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We had a little problem with getting te WiFi, but with so many cell phones etc. I guess a lot of places experience this. Nothing we couldn't work around. Great stay and will RETURN. Keep up te good work."

"When I read the reviews most of them were positive so I decided to stay. It was race weekend in Loudon, NH and did not want to travel back home on Saturday night to travel back to the track again on Sunday morning. I was very disappointed in my room. Curtains in our room look like they have not been washed since they have been put up, some of the ceiling was coming down. Breakfast was not all the appetizing either. It was NOT hot at all. Coffee left a lot to be desired. I will not stay here again. For what I paid, I will pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer. "

"The pool was fun and the on site restaurant had very good food at reasonable prices. I think the room was very average, certainly not 4 stars, maybe 3 stars. Everything was clean and modern, the only problem I had was when I asked one of the maids a question she did not speak English. It really was not a problem I figured out where the ice machine was by following the signs."
