"For tourists to Maseru this is a good hotel. It has a quiet location at then end of a road and is yet still quite central. It is good value for money and the food is among the best in Maseru - although the Piri Piri Restaurant next door is very good indeed! The staff are friendly and make one feel at home - even if the furnishings etc. are a little worn. But the hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere and this is what most tourists are looking for in a small city like Maseru."
