"Room was clean and comfortable, complete with kitchenette. Breakfast was great and was included even though my reservation excluded it. Only frustrations were that when I went directly to the hotel before booking online I was told there was only the most expensive Jacuzzi room available for$50 more than my agoda rate. This obviously want true because they put me in a double queen room on arrival. Also the hotel couldn't respect my rate booked until morning when it had to be adjusted by the manager. Until I pushed all staff suggested the rate$20 higher (their actual best rate) was the only option."
