"Well worn, barely maintained property. Towel bar pulled off the wall, smoke detector hanging by the wires, in room coffee provided, but someone had apparently jacked the coffee maker. Tub fills with water while attempting a brief shower , sink is loose in counter, TV picture was color pixelated static, room was cool, HVAC droned on incessantly all night. Breakfast coffee was OK. Prepackaged peeled boiled eggs were still in date but were packaged swimming in a sketchy yellow fluid. Nice friendly staff, but the property really was horrible."

"Where to start? Paid $274 for a “suite” that was literally falling apart. Door handle to bathroom came off in our hands. Little curly hairs from the last visitor stuck to wall. Bathtub drain wouldn’t stay closed. Had to ram yourself into the front door for it to open. Shower built to order for midget with spinal problems. Tile falling off the wall. My wife got dripped on from water leaking from the ceiling. Cheap wood nailed over broken windows to the outside. Whole facility looks like someone built a ceiling and walls between two separate motels and threw random things in the middle (cloudy pool with one slide, saddest mini-golf area ever, and a bunch of sad empty carpet). If this place ever saw a convention, it was to sell shady securities from a guy named Bruno who promised you a 200% return on your money."

"Stayed at this place because it wind up being one of the cheaper options for Midland but I felt it was way overpriced. Also, wasn't a big fan of how the parking for the hotel was set up forcing customers to go to the 6th floor of the parking deck and then having to walk in an alley to get to the entrance. I wind up valeting the second night for safety concerns. Didn't eat in the restaurant but instead the lounge and again a weird set up. The room was a bit run down for the price so I'd consider staying elsewhere next time around. I will say the staff was extremely friendly during check-in and checkout. "
