"There are 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, open kitchen, complimentary coffee and tea. It is located at 6th, can enjoy great view from balcony. Clean and well-furnishing, really feel like home. For sure we book it again if come over to Milan. Location is 15 mins walk from Milano Central railway station. Although is a straight way, not recommended to walk from station, as the road is rugged. Can take No.60 bus from station, drop off point will be nearby the apartment, or take uber, cost 10 Euro. The staff is really friendly and nice, besides showing the apartment, he suggests the must go sightseeing spot with a map."

"Very nice and easy check in. Friendly young staff. Very convenient from mail railway station though it's not the best area in Milan. Still, it is easy to get around from here. Even the tram stop is in front of the hotel. The check out time is very generous compared to most hotels in Italy. Not a new hotel but still served us very well."

"When we arrived the staff were very nice. We then went to our “rooms” and it was fairly comfortable and clean however the bathroom had a pair of underpants left on the floor all day all the way until the next day. We only stayed one night, and when we checked out my friend accidentally left her kindle in the locker. We realised the kindle was left at the hotel when we reached the airport we tried to contact them and didn’t hear back till the next day in which they told us there was no Kindle. If the room was cleaned after we checked out the kindle should have been found by a staff member but the fact that it has now permanently gone missing obviously we are not happy about that. "

"I came here for a congress. The place is located in a nice rural neighborhood. It is probably a 10 to 12 minute walk to get to the metro station. There are probably hotels that are located closer to the Milan centre so this location might not work well for everyone. I think the staff was pretty competent and bilingual. This is very important because it makes it easy to solve problems that might arise during the trip."

"We book this hotel because it has good value for money and is situated 10km away from Milan central. We arrived late for check in but there were still a long queue. The receptionist did a good job to check us in within 5 minutes. Our room was clean, bright and adequately spaced out. The breakfast was great with good variety of bread, cereal and fruits..and the coffee was good too!. There is a wifi charge but otherwise, excellent value for a 1 night stay."

"First off - the hotel location is perfect. It just doesn't get any better than this. Next, the staff were absolutely amazing. Always smiling and ready to help. We felt very welcomed, which I can't say for most hotels in Italy. The only drawback is that the hotel is under renovation and that kind of made it a bit weird for us as there was construction happening on site and some facilities in the room were not fully functional. Regardless, it surprisingly didn't bother us much as the room was pretty spacious and again - the staff were simply amazing. "
