"We check in on 21th of November around 5pm, this hotel's reception staffs are one fat man and one big eyes thin woman. I don't know what happens the fat man so unfriendship to us. The fat man was so impatient and didn't introduce the hotel service to us, such as breakfast time and even the lift location. Tone is so bad to shout to said : understand?! The other hotel in Norway even in Capital Oslo's staff is so nice and honest to serve the customers. Perhaps these two staff had been bullied from the others and vented to us. However, One rotten apple certainly spoils the barrel. Don't let this kind staff to destroy the hotel reputation. Reception is the first door to approach the customers. The other hotel has also good seaview, breakfast, facilities etc., And this hotel has won to be unique - Terrible reception staff.......UNDERSTAND!"
