"When I first arrived at hotel and showed my online booking , counter staff refused the booking and after some heated conversation he gave me other room ( totally opposite of what I booked) and as soon as I get in the room lights went off completely and I went to reception to change the room and he asked me to wait for his call in room for change of room. I never got any call from reception , next day I went to reception and explained whole scenario to other reception staff first they refused to change room but after some consultation and my threat of contacting booking agency worked out and they change the room. In short my life worse experience with Agoda regarding this hotel. Let see what I hear from you now. Regards Idrees"
