"A phenomal mismatched clash of decor and desigh that I'm sure no one will put a name to. Water pressure and location overlooking the lake are good, Staff are friendly, not much to do in Mwanza. Hugely overpriced for what you get. Would be better suited as a budget hotel. "

"The front counter staff was emotionless and could barely understand my request. Then, the assigned room was not really cleaned when I went in, which then I found out the pillows were yellowish turning brownish in the middle and I asked the housekeeping to have them changed immediately. The hot water was too hot and if it was adjusted to the right then it turned cool. At times, they served liver and internal organs of animals for breakfast, but I have to say the staff are better trained here. This is Mwanza, the second largest city in Tanzania and the hotel should have done something about its rooms and facilities. "
