Naxos Island hotels & places to stay

What a fantastic stay in Sunday studios. I was greeted by early check in, an upgraded room and fresh cheese pastries! So sweet. Next day I came home with the room cleaned and apple cake in the fridge. Great location between Agia Anna and prokopios, 1 min walk to the beach. Would recommend!

If you are looking for a value for money place in Naxos, Depis is definitely the place to go. With good facilities and kind staff you will feel like at home. The place is also conveniently located only 5 minutes away from the main hub in front of the port where you can find amenities of all kind.

We had an excellent stay at Irene 2. The facilities were as described and expected. Our stay was made very cosy and "homey" as the staff there were kind, welcoming and ever pleased to assist our needs. We would absolutely recommend this to others visiting Naxos and Irene 2 will be toppriority, would we come to Naxos again.

Family Run hotel - I can't compliment enough the friendlinesss and helpfulness of staff. Christina and her brother were both wonderful hosts throughout my stay. I had a slight problem ( my issue) at time of settling my bill and Christina brother facilitated me even though it meant administrative problems for them at their end. Lovely people, I will definitely for sure be back next year. Everything else was top notch - location etc.

I used hotel as a place to start visit of island Naxos which i warmly suggest as largely underrated. The room is big, spacious and equipped with everything you may need (even hairddryer!).Room Furniture may be relatively old but perfectly work and, very important, air conditioning is perfectly working without any noise (better than sone 4 star hotels...). There's no lift but only 2 floors. breakfast is offered on room as almost nobody seems to take it in the entrance hall. Hotel decoration is fine and elegant. The only issue ( as per most of the hotels in Naxos town) can be parking so better to take quad or scooters that you may park in front of hotel without problems. The most important thing is not only the sea view which is nice but lcation as you can walk in 5-7 minutes to the port and all its services but this by staying in one of the quietest and silent place of the town. So no issues to have fun and then perfectly sleep. staff is always helpful and discrete.

Perfect location. Close to everything including the beach. Rooms very clean. Amazing couple who manage property. Picked us up from ferry port. Showed us how get around. My Ferry was cancelled because of a strike and i needed to stay longer. they helped out a great deal, allowing me stay extra day and when hotel got full found me another close hotel for same rate. Going to naxos, definitely recommend staying here.

Well.. when we arrived the owner was quite patronizing and went into small pointless details about the property eg, closing the curtains at night, hand towels vs body towels etc. He treated my friend and I as if we were children. The facilities were extremely lacking and/or broken. The shower did not work effectively as it did not have a wall mount and it sprayed everywhere which caused the room to be filled with water. There was no kitchen towels, only one set of cutlery and dirty dishes upon arrival. Would not recommend.

Nice hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful. We got picked up from the port and dropped off after the stay. The room is nice, good value for the price.

Clean, great room with really nice view over field. Very quiet except for the sounds of farm animals which I loved. Right next to the beach. Very friendly owner and manager.

We stayed in room A1, which is at the northwest corner, which was ideal. The balcony looked out over the port and the waters between Naxos and Paros. We could watch the ferries coming and going, and the sunsets. It was in shade in the mornings, which was ideal for eating breakfast out there, which we did every day. The rooftop terrace is even more spectacular, with lots of comfortable seating. Wifi connections were excellent throughout. The location couldn't be better for exploring and enjoying Naxos town.

We stayed here for 1 night and found it to be everything we needed. It wasn't too far to walk into the chora and port (approx 10-15 mins), the breakfast was really tasty, and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing place! This was by far the best place we stayed at in Greece. It was so clean and beautiful. The hospitality was great. They helped us with everything and went above my expectations to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with a super market close by. Walking distance to the beach and the pier with all of the shops. Great value!

First day to go, think nothing there, but supermarket just few minutes, the room view very good, my room can see sunset and not more lights, i can take sky photo for my room view. I no drive license, so need to walk 2-4 mins. to bus stop, but it acceptable. Remember bus ticket need to walk 7 mins far small restaurant buy it, better when you at other place buy one more for return to port.

Wonderful place for vacations. The apartment is very clean, hosts are very kind and helpful. The location of the apartment is the best- you can hear the sea while staying in bedroom :) you can also see it from the balcony.

From when they pick us up from the port to dropping us back at the end of our stay they were the perfect hosts. The buildings are stunning! Pool beautiful, if you decide to have breakfast, be warned it is huge and sooo delicious! Our favourite hotel in Greece! Want to go back and spend a whole month here. A highlight of our trip,

We had a wonderful and nice relaxing stay. The Owner was very helpful and even provide free drop-off at the port with our luggage.

Loved staying here!! It was a short drive to/from the port/Chora area and provided easy walkable access to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island (Agios Prokopios, Agios Anna) and Plaka & Mikri Vigla (our favorite) was a short ATV ride away. We had a budget double, so no sea view, but the lovely little balcony was a nice spot to drink our morning coffee or an afternoon drink. Only thing to be aware is that it’s very close quarters and so with the balcony doors open you can hear all your neighbors’ conversations (or in our case a neighbor who slept through literally hours of his loud, early morning alarm)... :/ The staff was amazing and kind and we really enjoyed our stay!!

The 2 night stay at Naxos was chill and relaxing! The studio was clean and well furnished. The terrace was definitely the highlight. I spend almost half of my time in the room other than sleeping outside. Enjoy a glass of wine and enjoy the sea view. It is just located next to the bus station, so you can take a bus from the port instead of taxi. It only cost $1.8 per person but you need to buy the tickets in the grocery store nearby. This restaurant and studio is family owned, you can feel the family feeling and the staff friendly with nice restaurants. Will definitely come back if I go back to Naxos again!

The location is perfect within two minutes to the beach, and less than that to restaurants and the main Beach Road. The rooms are spacious, very clean and well appointed and seem new. Oh there’s Netflix too. The bathrooms are also very clean with good hot water and toiletries provided. The management is very helpful and friendly and offered to pick up and return to the airport.

This place is amazing and we cannot fault it. It exceeded expectations in all areas. The staff were super friendly and thoughtful, even giving us a watermelon on arrival which was a lovey touch. The room was of a really high standard, everything was new, stylish, comfy and clean. We had a balcony overlooking the ocean, at night you could sit out there, have a few drinks and watch the sunset. There was a fully equipped kitchen to cook your own meals. It was a little paradise. The housekeeping was done each day. The communal areas and gardens are very pretty. The TV had good reception. This was the best budget hotel we have stayed in Greece. The location is abit out of the way in terms of being close to shops (about 20 mins walk) but the beach is literally 50m away and really quiet so you have it basically to yourself. The only dower was there was no wifi. I cant comment on the food, I didn't see a menu if they have one or try breakfast as we were cooking our own meals. Overall this is a fantastic place and I highly recommend it.

The host Sophia and her husband are very nice and supportive. They picked us up from the port and sent us back upon departure with no charge. Sophia recommended us places to visit and help us to print our boarding pass. The room is spacious and clean. It is very near to the beach and has a nice sea view from the roof top. Though it is a little bit far from the port. We love Naxos a lot, more than the crowded Mykonos and Santoniri.

Very happy with our stay here. Helpful staff, suggested things for us to do and recommended several places to eat where the food was awesome.

Great! The staff is just awesome. They are very friendly and attentive. Whatever we asked for, they have provided, bus tickets, scrub, olive oil, you name it... The hotel is 3 min walk from the bus stop and a very beautiful beach. I like how they have a tiny kitchen and utensils where you can cook simple stuff there. The only thing is about the transportation in the island - nothing against the hotel itself, 'cause it goes for every hotel in the town unless you live in Naxos Town. If you don't have a car, you have to take the bus to Naxos Town in order to go anywhere else in the island which comes every hour during off seasons. That's a bit inconvenient.

Our stay in Naxos was wonderful, and staying at Athina's apartments definitely played a big role. The location was the best! Walkable distance from the port, a very nice beach, great restaurants/bars and markets. The room was always very clean and it had a nice little balcony. Thanks to Athina for her hospitality, we both loved our stay!

forced to stay an extra night at naxos due to typhoon and no ferries could be taken to leave the island, quickly found a room there but no bottle no glasses and the light in bathroom is broken, lack of hot water on the next day morning for shower

Pros: Very good location, very quiet, yet close to the night life and the labyrinth streets of the old city. Our room (114) was great, nice blue and white design, beautiful bathroom, albeit a tiny shower but functional. Room also had a fantastic view, though I think all rooms have great views too. The name “panorama” is not without merit here! Very friendly staff, great value, we will come back! Cons: none for us, but if any: person with reduce mobility might find the hotel difficult to access thru the small streets of Naxos.

A beautiful family run business. We spent the best part of two weeks in this hotel, in our first visit to Naxos. Nikos the owner was very helpful and offered a free pickup service from and to Airport/Ferry port. We could not fault a single part of our stay. The rooms are immaculate. Incredibly friendly, and knowledgeable staff, beautifully decorated and super clean apartment and pool area and grounds, excellent location with mountain views. It was a 15 min nice walk into Naxos town with a 10 minute stroll to some amazing restaurants and 5 minutes to a family friendly beach with bars. A local Spar supermarket close by and bakery up the road. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommened.

If your after a traditional Greek accommodation,then go no further,this is perfect,a few steps from the beach and beach restaurants and a 10 mum walk to great shops and more restaurants in the main town,don't miss the old town market labyrinth of alleyway shops behind main shopping area,just fantastic,you will love Naxos.
