Hotel was beautiful with a great location at the top of Ostuni. Staff is outstanding in all respects. Hotel breakfast was fabulous. Many great restaurants within a few minutes walk.. Don't miss it!

A perfect mid October stay in this hotel in Ostuni. Away from the coast where everything is shut and yet in Ostuni everything is open. Dont try to find the hotel by car - park close by and then walk.

We booked a ground floor studio but I think we must have been upgraded to the next level up as it was a up a small flight of stairs. There was a small window that had a view of the edge of the old town as well as the Ostuni olive trees leading out toward the sea. Small and romantic feel to the place. We opted for no breakfast but the room was equipped with coffee and tea making facilities which was perfect for us. A little bit complicated if driving and finding a parking but we found free on street parking next to the school, just a short walk up the hill to the room and we could see the car from our window. The clothesline from our window was very characteristic and a perfect touch of convenience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Masseria Tutosa. It was as good as expected from photographs and description when we booked. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was on the patio and there was plenty of choice. We enjoyed reading and sunbathing in the gardens, although the pool wasn't in use when we were there, but we were staying quite early in the season. Altogether an excellent base for sightseeing and near to beaches for a bit of rest and relaxation. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay here. The hotel is in a walking distance to the historical part of Ostuni (10 mins walk). The room is nicely decorated and I love their breakfast!

Stayed here for 1 night and did the job, nice, clean room. decent bathroom. the walk into town was not too far but a torch is required if returning in the dark. Friendly host, minimal English but we got by. Breakfast disappointing. but overall a good stay and would stay again.

Amazing place to stay at, perfect location to discover the area and the food in the restaurant is amazing. Still have some of their olive oil 😍

I’m kind of shocked that this place has SUCH wonderful reviews… 9.4 ‘exceptional’ I would not class it. We spent two nights here on arrival into Ostuni. As described by other reviewers there are a myriad of DO NOT DO THIS signs everywhere you look – in the hallways, in the lift, in your bathroom, in the bedroom – everywhere. The location is perfect for exploring Ostuni centre – 2 mins up the road and you’re in the thick of it. The room was big and clean, and breakfast was limited but ok. The pool was somewhat of a disappointment – from the pics it looks like it is an inviting turquoise haven, but in reality it looks more like something you might find at the zoo. All rather dirty, it looks like it needs a good scrub. The main gripe for us was at check-out, which was clearly stated as 10:30am on our booking confirmation. However, at 10am (and then again 20 mins later) we had a hurried knock at the door asking us to leave as new guests were arriving.

Located in a small quiet road. The trulli are all renovated and shiny, apparently they are going to have a swimming pool soon... Ideal location if you are visiting this area of Puglia. Rooms were nice and comfortable, I had a nice sleep. Breakfast is acceptable but it can be improved
