Poznan hotels & places to stay

Between railway station and Old Town, can walk both ways unless you have a lot of luggage. Nothing particularly remarkable, just a good hotel. Would go back any time.

Near to main station. Apartment was new And clean. Check in was a breeze. Staff speak good english. Allowed baggage storage. Security guard is friendly. Nice view at night.

I have travelled extensively over Europe and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in have no hesitation in recommending it

Me and my wife stayed in Novotel for 3 nights. The location is great. Right next to the biggest shopping mall in Poznan - Stary Browar. There is also a casino in the hotel but we did not go there. Check-in went smoothly and check-out even faster. The room we stayed was standard and it was very standard indeed. We were expecting something more from a hotel like Novotel. There were no bathrobes nor slippers in the room. We had to ask for toothbrushes as well as they were not there either. We got them eventually but slippers never made it to our room. The room was clean but looked a bit worn out. The bathroom was good although hot water was hotter and cooler while having showers. Room service was good, too. The room was always clean and tidy when we came back. The staff were nice and helpful although they always looked unhappy or angry. Once talked to, they were always nice but the appearance is also important I think. Only on our last day the breakfast staff greeted us with smiles. All other days we felt like interrupting them something important by coming to have breakfast. Also, when it turned out that we had to change the booking they did it for us for no charge. Overall, it is a very good place to rest and go shopping from but you have to be aware that the room standard is quite low. If you do not need luxury then it is a comfortable and affordable place to stay. We would give it 3 stars at most though.

Wonderful hotel, in fantastic location in Poznan city center. Very clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Highly recommended.

Not a lot of atmosphere to meet other people if that's your goal. However if you need some quiet time to yourself after a string of hostels, then this is the place. Very clean, spacious rooms, lockers.. Staff are nice and very helpful. A small walk to the center. All in all, a nice place to stay.

You cannot have better location in Poznan, so its great place if you can hunt a good deal for this hotel. Downstairs there is a restaurant with mini-brewery, so good beer is provided. Unfortunately, the interior of the restaurant is not very moody and its extremely loud in the evening, so you cannot enjoy the good beer 100%. Apart from that, very nice hotel.

We spent there two nights and it was really comfortable. great location! just in the heart of a city! its really easy to get to shops or restaurants, rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Staff is really helpful and friendly. we would highly recommend this hostel. :)

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, visiting a friend in Poznan. We were very impressed with the staff and the quality and design of the room. Bed was a bit soft but that was the only small thing to comment on. Parking was right next to the hotel (24hrs security). Hotel is only 3-5 min walk to central square with all restaurants etc.

i was in hostel only one night. room was really ok bathroom clean. the railway station was 5 min walk so it is big plus for people which leave poznan early morning.

Nice stay in ok hotel. Hotel offers usual amenities with bih plus freewireless internet access. Parking lot is close to the hotel.

Perfect location. The hotel keeps their standards. Only thing I missed was the fridge on the room.

It's very nice hotel, the sharing bathroom is very clean and look new. The hostel is very easy to looking for. There are many of attraction area around it, can see by walikng

the hostel located in old Town, good for sightseeing but it is noisy at night. i booked a room with private bathroom. i heard people, maybe who stayed in the dorm, as well as on the street walk and talk, and sometimes drunk teens shouted on the street until 1:00 am. Anyway, you get what you paid for. It's good for travellers.

There is no elevator. There is no possibility of making coffee/tee in the room. In the bathroom was only the pack for the soap, but not soap inside.

It is really great hotel with really cheap price for the room! Great breakfast and only one small minus. Far away to bus station, so if you are travelling without own car then it is small problem.

Better than what I expected. Just by Lake Malta with nature close to you. Was there for a water sport event and the venue is superb!! A mere 7 minutes walk to venue. Room size is great with all the necessity you needed for a traveler. Breakfast is good and a typical European spread. Helpful frontdesk but ok serivce from restuarant. Also Galleria Malta (new shopping centre)is just a nice easy sroll by the lake which takes less than 10 minutes. Close by the city and easily access by taxi which takes less than 5 minutes too!! Away from the city but close enough for comfort

This is a 5-star hotel close from the old town of Poznan. The rooms are very comfortable with all you need. No complaints whatsoever about the rooms. The reception service was excellent withvery polite receptionists who speak very good English. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the old town or a 20 zloty taxi. It also has a nice gym with a small pool and sauna, but as it wasn't busy it was very nice to use.

I stayed here for 4 days. The room was big enough and clean. They serve you unlimited tea and capsuled coffee. They change towels continuously. I really liked breakfast, it was delicious and diverse. At my room at night was a little bit fresh and I slept covering two blankets. The parking is not free, but in Poland it's not free everywhere.

Nice looking hotel in nice quiet area with goo food and comfort. It is far from the city so you need a car or taxi because not public near the hotel

very clean very comfortable and staff where so friendly. location is close to main square but if you go off the nearby beating track it is far less attractive

The apartment was well located in the centre of Poznan. You check in at a central point and are taken to your apartment (seperate building). The apartment I had was a single and though small, had everything you could want for a short stay (kitchen area (including utensils), eating area, television etc... Bathroom was seperate and shared with another apartment. It was modern and very clean. English speaking staff at check in was welcome in a place where English is not widely spoken. The apartment was great value for money and is highly reccomended.

The hostel ia very clean with comfortable beds. The kitchen is perfect to cook your own food. Also just 50 meters from hostel have a Lidl supermarket.

It was very nice and satisfactory. I liked the front desk staff as they were ready to help me anytime. The check out time is before 12, but they allowed me check out after 3 pm without any fuss or additional charges. The lady at the reception even found me another hotel for a day as I extended my stay at Poznan for a day.
