"I gave this another try after the previous year when I had mixed reviews. Price was pretty good considering it was a busy booking time. The room was clean and as expected. I was especially happy to see they have added many ports for charging devices. I typically carry surge protector/extension cords and have had to hunt behind the bed and unplug a light to charge my phone. They have moved into the 21st century on this. On our first night, Monday, Aug 20, 2018, the check-in front desk young man was great. He even came up to my room when my WiFi wasn't connecting. On day 3 my granddaughter had the same problem while using my computer. She called the desk, the girl said, "oh well". She then went down with the computer. Again was told they had no idea what the problem was. End of story. So, staff gets only 4 stars, not a reflection of most; just this one experience. Flunked basic hospitality. The free breakfast was only so-so but the attendant was great, as was housekeeping."
