"I would just like to say Rosie the manager was fabulous!!! I had made a mistake with my reservation a true oversight on my part. However, Rosie quickly solve the problem and I was able to enjoy my visit in the town of Fira Santorini Greece stress free! Also , Rosie gave me great recommendations for dinning and tour options. It was a pleasure chatting with her throughout my five night stay and educating each other about the United States and Greece. However , the big bonus was having the opportunity to meet Rosie's mother. She was a pleasure to meet and she has such a beautiful spirit!!!! Sincerely gloria Randle "

"You'd definitely go to this place for the view. There's a great shuttle service that'll take you directly to Thira. I wouldn't consider this place a 5 star but it's nice to stay at. Service is average. It started poorly as I had e-mailed days prior to arrange a pick-up at the airport which never arrived. When I phoned they said to just get a taxi. When I showed up at the hotel and asked to ensure they wouldn't charge for the failed pick-up attempt they tried to blame me for providing an incorrect date (I double checked and I provided the correct date). This is pretty horrendous service in my eyes. Despite this I asked them to drop me off at the airport at the end of the trip and paid for this on the last day as I left, but was delayed by 10 minutes at the airport explaining to the driver that it had already been paid and waiting for him to phone the hotel and confirm which they didn't do until the 3rd attempt."
