Staff is very kind and polite. The hotel is situated near de train station, which is very convenient. Our room on the 3th floor was full of light and very clean. Very good breakfasts buffet. The owners take care of the customers personally. Bed could have been more confortable, but nothing dramatic. Personnel très accueillant. L'hôtel situé près de la gare, ce qui est très pratique. Notre chambre au 3e étage était lumineuse et très propre. Excellents déjeuners servis sous forme de buffet. Les propriétaires s'occupent personnellement des clients et sont des plus sympathiques. Le lit aurait pu être plus confortable, mais rien de dramatique.

Perfect location, nice spa areas and great 5star breakfast buffet. My room was a single room on the 4th floor and needs renovation indeed In comparison to entire hotel status, the room looks like not renovated in the last years

It is located some distance from the main town, but within walking distance like 10 mins. Everything else is excellent. Free parking. Price is cheaper, apartment is bigger, if compared with rooms in the town.

had a great stay at the hotel schonegg. the staff were very friendly and helpful, even before and after my stay. it's located about 5 minutes walk from the town centre (seefeld township is very small). inhouse dining is also good. will definitely stay again.

The picture in the website is much beautiful then the real hotel. The service of the staffs is good, but the location is out of the town, it actually locates out of Seefeld.

Definitely would recommend this hotel to others. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners and staff. We spent Christmas Eve with the family and were treated as if we were part of their family. The room we had with balcony was very large, with separate living area. Beds were comfortable and housekeeping added different touches each day. Under floor heating was a nice treat during the cold, snowy weather. All staff were friendly and accommodating. A great place to visit. Will definitely try to get back there.

It's accessible to ski bus station and Seefeld train station. The meal offered by hotel is also nice.

There are far better options in this area. We expected more comfort and staff that is more friendly. The house seemed to be a bit outdated. But everything was clean and the room provided enough space. Beds were comfortable. Von einem Hotel haben wir leider mehr erwartet. Wir hatten mehrere Pensionen in denen wir uns wohler gefühlt haben, wo zudem auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gepasst hat. Das Hotel machte einen etwas älteren Eindruck, war aber sauber und die Zimmer soweit i. O. Das Personal war leider nicht so freundlich wie wir es bisher aus Österreich gewohnt waren.

Excellent value for money, very good customer service. They also have breakfast included if you stay in there suites. We stayed in the apartment and breakfast was not covered, but no big deal, recommend to have your own car

I was greeted by friendly staff on arrival and impressed with the cosy environment. The hotel is close to the railway station for trains back to Innsbruck.

I loved the home style feel of Haus Alpengruss. I had views of the mountains and was very close to the town. Hanna so exceptionally helpful and gave me information on the best hikes in the region. The food was also delicious. Thank you!
