great value for the money in this friendly and family-run 30 rooms hotel. all rooms have a great sea view over megali ammos beach and the mountainous south part of the island. every room has a nice wooden balcony, kitchenette, fridge and air condition. short walk to the beach and to the main city skiathos town, but be ready for a steep climb. the owners did everything to make us feel welcome there, and for all this we highly recommend this place.

Amazing views, room spotless very very clean. very peaceful. 10 minute walk into the town. wonderful older gentleman who lives below the property even gave me grapes and a flower to take home! we would definitely stay again. Thank you Jimmys.

Denis is super helpful. The rooms are very clean and full of useful items. Location is good with easy access to Papadiamante street. Only problem for me was that our shower was a little small and did not have a hook for the shower head. (Shower with one hand, hold up shower head with other!). Otherwise a great place to stay.

Hotel was fairly easy to find, had to ask a few locals, but no hastles. In nice area at start of a hill, felt like you were living in a village., Didn't see much of staff, never at desk so a bit of a chore if you need something. Small room but fairly comfortable.

Excellent service, very helpful and friendly staff. Good location if you want a quiet stay away from the crowds and near the nice beaches, still 10min from town. Hotel needs some maintenance but it's still very clean. Has nice views and good food.

It is hidden away in some backstreets. You have a view on the port but right infront is some bad looking buildings and filthy roof tops. The room had a bad smell of sewage.

Hotel staff is excellent, rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. Location of the hotel is exellent, just a 2 minutes walk from the main street of Skiathos town where are all tavernas, stores, etc. This hotel is above our expectations, I recommend it as to young couples, or friends, such as to a families with kids.

Great 2 day stay. Rooms are very good standard (4* Hotel). Very small kitchen area, so only good for snacks. Excellent location on the beach, so great view from restaurant. Food was very good, cocktails were excellent. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

This was our second visit to this accomodation in Paraskevi Skiathos and it will not be our last. The studio appartments are very clean and comfortable with well stocked kitchen fascillites and an upgraded bathroom. The outside space overlooks the well kept gardens and pool with plenty of pool / garden lounges. The garden gets plenty of sunshine but shady spaces were available if required during the hottest period of the day. The owners are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much bother for them. Towels and bedding are changed every couple of days and water is available from Mrs Xanthippi on site. The bank to the apartments is quite steep but if you are of average fitness its managable in fact it helps burn off calories from all the fantastic food and drinks from the multiple tavernas found around the resort. There is also easy access into beautiful Skiathos town by the bus that runs every 15 minutes for a few Euros

Everything in this establishment was very well thought out. It is very organised and beautiful. Only a few units without a commercial feel with small touches of art and decoration throughout. Very unique with loads of character. Very peaceful :)

The staff at the property are so kind and were gracious in their airport pickup service. The room was clean and had a lovely view over the harbor. The bed was not so comfortable, and the air conditioning struggled to work at night time. But, a lovely apartment for the money, and would go back again.

Good location but at the first time it was little bit hard to find because there's no exact address. Anyway it's in center and staff were really kind. Room with balcony and refrigerator. Couldn't be better than this👍👍

The only problem with our stay was the apartment backs onto the main road and is very noisy with quad bikes, buses, motorbikes all day and night . A very loud beeping noise outside starts at 10 pm all night ever five seconds . We had very little sleep and no relaxation on the balcony due to the road noise,. The appartments were lovely , spacious, and clean but such a shame that they are next to a very busy road.

This is a great place to stay right on the beach with no roads to cross. Lovely clean well maintained by the lovely owners who go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. It is an easy stroll into town . Bus outside and many eating choices within walking distance Will definitely stay here again

We hadn't been back to Skiathos for 10years so it had changed quite abit, I chose the apartment s based on location and reviews and we couldn't fault a thing! Rooms are small (especially the bathrooms) but well kitted out, comfortable beds/chairs and ample hot water. A lovely hard working Greek family run the business and they were always happy to assist you with anything, top marks!

Katrina the owner was so kind and helpful. The apartment is set on a small hill and the view from our balcony was spectacular. The room was cleaned daily and was spotless. A little out of town but a regular bus service or take the water taxi can get you there in a few minutes. Lovely place an great value. Thanks Katrina for being such a lovely hostess.

Excellent property near port... surrounded by many restaurants. Its a new property, not many people could give me directions to get there though. But the staff was very friendly. They made my stay very comfortable.

I was greeted by the owner who was very friendly and helpful. Her daughter was very helpful as well. Lovely place to stay and would definitely stay there again.
