"We originally booked a standard king room but were very disappointed with the quality so chose to upgrade. The upgrade to Executive was significantly more expensive but arguably worth it - brilliant. Reception was often understaffed and a bit hopeless (several times we waited > 15 mins to be served). However, some individuals were excellent and seemed to get the idea of quality service. The hotel is located at the back of Sorrento but is a a relatively short walk to the main town."
