Find Hotels in Sousse, Tunisia

I go here 3 to 4 times a year. It has everything on site, the staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble, Shops are nearby and it is very safe, will go back in September

The room was clean & mostly worked, the pool & jacuzzi were great, but I was concerned when reception could not find my Agoda booking & forced me to pay in full a 2nd time because they said Agoda never paid them, until I produced my bank statement as proof and demanded a refund. Pool staff never provided me with a towel 1st day and 2nd day were not around at all so I had to get a towel from my room, beach staff sat on seats and did nothing, one restaurant wouldn't serve food at 8:30pm as chefs had already stopped working, my room kettle was so hot I couldn't pick it up without burning my fingers, the bathroom sink wouldn't drain, many TV channels didn't work, and my balcony door jammed shut on the 2nd day and wouldn't open. Although room service was very good, and the bed was comfortable.

good hotel and good location and must of stuff in hotel the are awesome , specially "hala" in reception and "najeb" the leader and DJ of the animations team , and must of animation team and stuff dealing as citizenship i don't know but i feel like that :( . and for booking ! we booked 3 time in 1 week evry tow days and in each one we selected bungalow but for 3 time we gave us the standroom :( . abut parking in agoda there is parking but in hotel the parking with money not free around 7 USD per day. and for all thing is so good like food ,water game,and weather... ---- only one thing i hope really changed , the mind of some stuff and deal with all ppl same same thanks

We can see the beach from our balcony. It serves our need, as we do not need expensive hotels.

Apart from the reception staff who need more training in the 'being friendly and helpful' area, this was a great hotel for the family. Indoor and outdoor pools, table tennis, snooker etc. Tennis courts, the aqua park and immdediate access to their private beach area. Whilst I didn't have the all inclusive deal, those that did I see could have unlimited free drinks. There was entertainment during the day with pool side aerobics and water games. Evening entertainment was good with audience participation. My 9 year old loved the experience and didn't want to leave. Local restaurants are good but be warned that smoking is allowed in all places. As a non-smoker, I found this sometimes unbearable. The Movenpick Japanese I would not recommend. Over priced and slow almost non-existent service and no customer service. You felt that wanted to feed you and get the money and get rid of you. You do not feel welcomed. The hotel I would recommend to anyone.

I found the rooms to be rather minimal; however, it's a beach hotel and you spend most of your time away from the room. The location is ideal, Sousse is amazing and has tons of cafes and restos, as well as, clubs and bars.

I had a very nice stay in this hotel because of its location along the beach and in the middle of Sousse. I had a room with seaview but noise from the street was not a big problem and the hotel bar downstairs closes at 22.00. They also have rooms on the other side which get sun in the afternoon. Bathrooms show their age but are well-maintained and clean. Staff was nice and attentive, and breakfeast plentiful enough for me ; the restaurant is not open in low season but many places for eating within walking distance . Being in the middle of town with mostly local customers gives a good experience of tunisian life, and tunisian are usually very nice people. I would go back every time.

I was feeling cold in my room. One person gave me a heater into my room, next day they claimed it back. Buy more heaters, you are running a service
