Great location, parking in front on the street or across the street no charge. This is definately a great spot in st johns and dont wanna "break the bank"

We flew to St. John's from Victoria BC arriving after midnight. We had provided info stating we would arrive late. Holiday Inn Express at St. John's airport was most accommodating and helpful to us. Location is great as well. Thanks

Wonderful night spent in this beautiful historic building in the heart of St. John's. The room was quite large with everything you could want or need. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were pleased.

Beautiful new hotel off Kenmount Rd in St. john's. Ideal location for shopping being so close to the Avalon Mall and the Kelsey Dr shopping district. They have Denny's and Moxie's restaurants attached and you can get there without going outside. On the minus side, the thermostat in the room didn't work correctly. When set at 19 degrees, it cycled from 16-25. Impossible to get comfortable. The housekeeping didn't do a good job when they cleaned the room before we arrived. There was a pair of dirty (and very smelly) socks in the desk drawer along with bottle stoppers etc left around as well. Our room was on the 6th floor which gave a decent view considering the location. However, when we were going up the elevator, it stopped on the 6th but the doors didn't open and it then went back down to the 4th floor. If they get the bugs worked out of the hotels systems and improve there housekeeping then I would definitely recommend this hotel but until then, I wouldn't recommend them.
