"Hotel was a few hundred meters away from Song Shan MRT, which was a little off from the busy parts of Taipei but not that far off. Wu fen pu, which is full of little shops with great bargains (mostly womens wear and accessories) was about 7 min walk away, and we escaped with some great buys. The hotel is also right opposite Rao he night market, which we loved, no crowd and it wasn't just (good) food. We managed to get clothes and toys and mobile phone accessories too. Apart from that hotel room was a good size, we booked a triple for Husband, Wife, 3 yo toddler and 10 mo infant. They provided a cot and a bathtub for the infant. Hotel is also really close by to baby boss and Taipei 101 by bus! So Google maps (with its public transport guide) was our Best Friend during our stay. Yong he soya bean was just opposite and the food was great. BBC cheese tart was also opposite and not bad as well!"

"We went to the Royal Seasons Hotel in Taipei for Valentines Day. My boyfriend and I are living in Taipei, so don't know much about hotels. We found this one on agoda and booked a room. When we arrived at the hotel, they immediately upgraded us to the executive suit. It was an amazing room. The staff were super friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. The breakfast was so so. Not mostly what I would eat for breakfast, but it was okay. And they also have a shuttle taking you straight to Taipei Main Station for free. All in all we had a wonderful experience at the Royal Seasons, and we will definitely go back!"

"This has been our preferred hotel in Taipei since our first experience with them in Feb 2018. As such we hv also recommended to our friends in Spore. Their feedback was very positive. We were very happy to see familiar faces like Jack Nam -manager guest services division. As well as another lady at front desk. And Shaun -F&B on weekends only. Excellent service! Best attitude ever! Best part of room is comfortable pillows & bed. Strong shower pressure. Con- I wish they would work on putting a proper awning as we njoy outdoor spaces during the cold & rainy season. The door to the outdoor area has not been fixed since we were here last Feb 2018. The toilet & shower area in the room need some upgrading. We love Taipei so much that if they hv a laundromart we would consider staying one to two weeks here. Esp when we are close to so many good places to eat. MTR is less than 5min for those travelling with old folks or young kids "

"The hotel is located near the heart of Ximending, perfect for someone who is new to Taipei. Rooms are well maintained, clean and facilities are good. One of the shower tap is spoilt and they changed it the very next day even though we did not inform of the fault. The only con is the lack of a wardrobe but then again, for the cheap price, it is value for money. Breakfast voucher entitles you to a good sandwich & drinks of your choice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely go back there again during our next trip."
