I think the location is just too far from the mall/train station (about 5 min (no traffic) - 10 min w/ traffic). You can get a taxi though for just 10MAD/per person. There are no restaurants nearby except the hotel's room service/buffet offer/restaurant. Despite the location we still enjoy the pool, the staff were helpful. Room service food wasn't bad :) but if you are...

Checking in took a lil longer. The Staff lady was awarded as Employee of the month although at first, she was not that apprehended on me. And manger had to intervene. The room was clean but we had to call the room staff coz the window won't open up. she was trying to do it, but she gave up. My husband was abit disappointed, we called the attention of the hotel receptio...

Quiet, comfortable, clean, spacious rooms. It doesn't have any 'soul', but that's to be expected. I checked in after several sleepless nights in a dirty noisy hotel in the Old City and appreciated it a lot. For 65dh extra you get a hearty breakfast. The location is near the beach, so would be ideal if that's where you are heading. Restaurants nearby are modern (i.e. n...

The room is so big. Receptionist is very help. Hot water is not enough. It needs time to wait for next wave of hot water after someone finish shower. The hotel is located 1km away from train station, and 10 min from beach. And there is a big mall near hotel, which is opposite to train station.

This hotel is located right by the Kasbah and on the same street as the center of the Medina (soco). Its hard to find if you do not have the map they send you in the email (look for it!). Its within walking distance of everything! We loved the decor and the rooms. We stayed here on our first day in Morocco and after visiting the blue city booked it again because we lov...

On weekend night, can heard minimal night club music/singing from nearby. Bathroom has slippery flooring when it’s wet. Floor mat not provided. Room was clean and comfortable. Room looks new. Staff were friendly, helpful and would go extra mile service, receptionist able to understand basic English. Breakfast was good. For the price, overall experience was good e...

We got a great price for our room at the Chellah and our stay was very comfortable. The only negative aspect was the staff at reception. After paying cash on arrival, then extending our stay and paying up front, we were accused of not having paid the bill the day before leaving! This lead to a very stressful and embarrassing conversation as I never thought to ask for...

I was a solo traveling my first time to Morocco and just wanted a hotel that would be close to the port and accessible to some of the attractions. My driver found the place easily and as I was after spending some time wandering on my own. The room was comfortable with a window view of the street below and the hotel itself was very pleasant with helpful staff and a ...

As all accommodation options we found in Tangier were expensive compared to the rest of the country, I would not rate it as a "deal." But we had a very pleasant stay! Although not actually in the medina, the location is quite near to the Grand Café de Paris. The wifi was decent. The hot water was quite hot, although the shower was pretty run down. The bed and pillows w...

Nice hotel for a good price. An old characteristic building in the new town close to the Medina, the Beach and to the new town. Good value for money. The garden is their biggest plus: good place to relax after wandering through the hectic town. Facilities are ok, not splendid. Bathrooms are small, warm water not constant (hot-cold), breakfast is Nice but not the best y...

The owner of the Riad is 50% of the charm. She is nice, welcoming, interesting and fun. It was a great stay if only for our chats. The riad itself is superb, comfortable, well decorated and this applies to the rooms as well. The breakfast was nice, prepared by the owner, and very hommy. It is located in the back-alleys of the medina of Tangiers which makes it harder to...

Our stay was relatively pleasant. The only downfall was that they don't accept credit cards, so that threw us off a bit financially. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we quite liked our room. The hostel is near the medina as well as the water, and we enjoyed walking along and dining beside the beach.

Loved this place, it was incredibly beautiful, you feel like stepped back in time. I would definitely recommend this place. The only small complaint I would have is the room above was kind of loud. It woke us up multiple times, I ended up wearing earplugs, so it was fine after that.
