"I stayed in your hotel for almost three days and two nights. Generally the stay is great with one concern. And this is the reason for my disappointment. The medicine I bought for my parents were 3 tubes and were on my luggage. When I arrived in the Philippines I found that the tubes were lost. Only one was left with the three boxes. Two tubes were missing. I stayed in your hotel. Would there be reason enough for me to suspect something happened? "

"I booked the Chelsea after checking prices a couple of days prior to leaving PA on this trip. The hotel offered a $167 rate which for what they offer is a great price. They are the largest hotel in Toronto and were very busy -- especially we saw a lot of flight crews. What we learned: 1) wi-fi in room was free but very low bandwidth (almost unusable), go to lobby (5 times better); 2) if driving enter from Elm street where the drop off is. Everything else about the hotel was pretty standard for their size."

"As previously, I was satisfied with my stay at Woodbine Hotel and Suites, but this time the surprise was finding that the rooms are sealed -- my previous visit was in March, when I never thought about opening the window. This time the cost of the shuttle was no surprise, and the complimentary breakfast was quite acceptable, with the usual hot and cold selections available. This visit saw us settled in one of the rooms that looks out onto the enclosed "courtyard" where people congregate to eat their breakfast, so we had to be careful to close our curtains lest we provide entertainment for the amusement of the diners."

"Stayed over the weekend in transit through Toronto on my way to Winnipeg. The hotel is conveniently located right near Union Station where the UP ends. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable and stocked nicely with coffee machine and bathtub to warm up after a cold winter's day out. But also walking distance to the paths to take you around downtown. Lovely atmosphere in the hotel and staff were really knowledgeable and accommodating. "

"Let me just say that my wife told me that the next time we travel through Toronto, we ARE staying at the Holiday Inn Toronto Airport. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was very nice and friendly. If you want shopping, this is not the location; if you have a day or two and you just want to relax, this is a good spot. Three or Four steak house restaurants are within walking distance; the food at the hotel based on previous stay is very good too."

"Definitely picked the right hotel for our stay in Downtown Toronto - haven't been back for some 20 years for more than a day and it was nice to be in the centre of it all. Had to do some personal things, banking, etc. and with the subway nearby one could get to almost anywhere that you couldn't walk. Loblaw's Superstore on Carlton only a minute away - and should be on one's bucket list to visit in Toronto."
