Toulouse hotels & places to stay

This serviced apartment type hotel offered great in room convenience, with a nicely set-up kitchen, a large bedroom, a large living room and a large bathroom. The room had a view on a private court that was really quiet and insulated the room from the outside noise. The facilities were close to new as well as the room's furniture. Staff was friendly and provided a recommendation for a great open late restaurant. Directions to nearby tourists hot spots were provided as well as a map. The breakfast is a little bit on the frugal side but it would be hard to find a better value in that undeserved area. Hotel location is quite far away from tourist hot spot but less than 5mns walk to the river side make strolling along a breeze. If you come by car, please note free parking is not possible nearby and it's almost impossible to find a parking spot at night. There is a paying parking lot about a 10mn walk. I will definitively go back and recommend this hotel.

This hotel is great, and I feel that I had a good deal. Rooms are clean, and they have all what you need for a short/medium stay, since it is a studio and you can use the facilities provided (microwave, electric cooking stove, small fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, dish washer, also the hotel have washing machine and dryer). So you can have a good stay and feel that you are at home. Also the internet service is good, and works fine. Facilities of the hotel are good; there is washing machine, dryer, snack vending machine, coffee vending machine, coin phone (I guess coin or card, not sure). Staff are very friendly. The location of this hotel is great. If you like waking as I do, you can reach almost all sightseeing places in about 20 min walking. Also within the same distance there are many shopping places, restaurants, and many other places to visit. However, the only issue that I faced during my stay is that the reception was not open for 24 hours. I guess that they start from 8am to 9pm, this is not a big deal since you will be able to reach your room (they provide you means for that), but the only issue is you will not be able to use the phone or internet until the next morning (after you register). And since my flight arrived on 11pm so I could not use the internet nor the pone until the next morning.

Great location (even though the parking was extremely tricky to find) in the middle of the action on Place du Capitole square, and within walking distance from all major attractions. Staff was very friendly/helpful. Our Club suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable but only had a small window for natural light! The room’s are run down, and can benefit from a proper facelift. Little things are very important when staying in a hotel let alone a renowned chain, the rooms should be quality checked by staff for any defects for a ultimate guest experience; I’m highlighting this as the desk chair had a huge gash in the upholstery, this is unacceptable to have in any room let alone a Club Room! On the whole we had a great stay, and enjoyed Toulouse a lot

The room was simple and clean. The big bonus is the staff and service. So helpful especially Flavien. Helped me a lot with directions, storing my bags and with the language barrier. Enjoyed.

My wife and I did like the place, quite, clean and good shops around, and the breakfast was nice.

Located right off the river, it is a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest attraction. Food and alcohol locations were located nearby the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. An outdoor electronic dance music club is across the street from the hotel. Music can be heard at night but with the window shut, most of it is drowned out. Overall, I enjoyed the stay at the hotel.

This hotel has a fantastically helpful staff. Great service, they answered all the usual questions and promptly responded to some less common requests The hotel is a very short walk from the main railway station in Toulouse and another short walk to Place Wilson and the historical center of Toulouse. My only criticism and suggestion for the hotel - please change the carpet in my room , it was heavily stained felt a little damp and detracts from an otherwise great room experience

Right next to julimont metro station, quiet and clean, it's a good hotel, I would go back again next time

My kids really liked this place. The kids enjoyed the pool and the garden. It felt like we had a little house all to ourselves. There are nearby restaurants that sell doners and pizza (They were decent).There is not much in the area but if you need to stay a night in between cities, the place is quiet and ideal. I would recommend this place to my friends.

The hotel buildings and furnishings were all nearly new and hence very clean and well designed for their function. The appartment was quiet and provided well for self catering, and had free off street parking.

If you want a really eccentric environment with a really comfortable bed in a prime location, this hotel is for you. There is no parking so be prepared for 26 euros per day 200 meters away. But you are right on the river and near the center of Toulouse. We would definitely stay there again.

This Novotel brach is good for the price that they offer, maybe the only downside is it is quite a walk from establishments, it is inside the "compound" of a business school. The hotel is beside a park which is nice for a stroll and the park is a few steps away from the Metro

Room was clean but very small, only one person could walk past the bed to the bathroom area. Very hard to get to from the airport. We had to get a taxi which cost 30 euro. Taxis don't take visas at all. Very far from anything so was hard to see anything around town. They had express check in machines that tried to charge us even though we had payed through agoda. The restaurant was average. And breakfast was not included. Public transport very poor in this area.

located about 200m from the train station... its is a very good hotel for an overnighter... there are lots of bums and homeless people around the area though... if you are planning to stay long in Toulouse skip this one otherwise its a good choice for short term stays... 8 eu per head for breakfast should be included in the room tariff and not as addition...

I was not very satisfied with the overall experience at this hotel. Internet went poorly, the rooms functional but not comfortable, outside of toulouse, etc.

we only stayed there one night last august. when we arrived we were very tired after a very long flight and were a little disappointed with the size of our room. to be fair the hotel had warned us that the room was more suited for business travellers rather than a holidaying couple. they moved us to a suite for a few euros more and we were very satisfied. the continental breakfast was pleasant and quiet. the staff were able to handle some small problems quite well such as when the air-con went off and when a fuse went out in the room.

the hotel located in front of the sncf train station. the room i stayed is spacious with separate toilet and bathroom. the staff spoke fluent english and was friendly that she allowed us for an early check-in to get the room and she actively introduced us the walking route to the city centre. however, wifi service was charged 1 euro additionally for 24 hours. the decoration of the hotel looked a bit old, but with such a comparatively lower price, it is acceptable for me.

We stayed here because of the location and the pool. The room was very well equipped and a very modern layout with plenty of space, great bathroom and comfy beds . A deep clean is needed in some corners. The pool is very small but ok for a quick dip. Overall very good

Perfect location and great staff that will fo the extra mile. Parking around the corner and nice and quiet rooms, perfect for when you need a room in the centre of town. Highly recommended!

This appartment is not for everyone. 124 steps to the top! The Velux Skylights provide enough light, but if you need to see outside, you're at the wrong place. Very awkward shower. There is no storage room, no bench to set your luggage on, no place to hang your clothes, except for two coat racks that are, per say, designed to hang your coat, not hangers with shirts, pants or dresses. Area rug in front of couch needs a good cleaning. So does the throw cover they put over the couch (to hide dirty or used couch? I don't know, didn't want to check....) Overall it's gook value for your money. You can cook simple meals, there is a washing machine/dryer, a dishwasher, a/c.

One of the best hotel with kitchen facility if you have to be at Purpan hospital. Location is 5mn by car from the hospital. Parking is safe.

The staff at the hotel are very helpful and speak very good english should your French falter! We did not have any meals at the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel for guests staying between 1-3 nights.
