Convenient hotel if you just need a stopover for your travels. Not so great for Turin as you can't buy travel tickets to use the buses and therefore have to drive anyways. Rooms were compact but sufficient, beds were comfy and there was a nice big window. The bathroom was again compact but good and clean. Breakfast was tasty and if you grabbed what you wanted early then there was enough! (hint hint) The man on reception was very friendly and helpful. Parking was on street but it seemed okay. The area is a little down feeling but we had no trouble.

This hotel is ideally situated for a stopover if travelling around the Turin ringroad, but perhaps less so to see the centre of Turin, especially not without own transportation. Given its location, the price is very good and, with B&B Hotels, you can expect a clean, modern (if basic) room. The big plus of this particular hotel is a great restaurant next door - an ideal place to wind down for a stopover. There's also a supermarket and cafe/bar next door.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel especially checking their other hotels in Turin, this was the more suitable decent location. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, close enough to railway Marconi or Porta Nuova Stations. Staff very people orientated, breakfast was simple, no salads but ample to sate the palate. Single room with double bed was spacious, despite being downgraded, however, this was enough for one person.

The location of the hotel is very good and closed to the metro station and central train station in Turin. Staff are friendly and helpful all the times. The rooms was big and clean. Furniture are not new but are in very good conditions. Breakfast was not much good and not much variety of the food. As 4 star hotel, drinking water should be provided for free in the room, we requested water and charged for that. Internet Wifi sometimes is very slow. Overall our stay was very good in the hotel.

A comfortable, stylish hotel in a great location. Although centrally situated the hotel itself was an oasis of calm. The rooms were extremely comfortable -a good size and very well equipped. What made the stay so enjoyable though were the staff. Every one of them were approachable, friendly and very helpful. Turin is a great city and this was a great hotel.

Front Desk personnel wasn't that friendly. But overall room was okay, it was clean and comfortable. Offered an acceptable amount and choices for breakfast. Located at the heart of Turin. Overall, worth the price we paid for.

This hotel was really wonderful, lovely touches acknowledging the history of the building, comfy bed and blackout curtains. Building itself is stunning. We only stopped for one night and didn’t go in to Turin centre but the train is very handy.

I enjoyed my stay immensely at the NH Collection Piazza Carlina. The room was very clean. The hotel was well-renovated. Details were not forgotten. The dining rooms and the reception are well-decorated. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also well located. It is not far to the centre of Turin.

The room looked futuristic 70s. It had brown walls and a general beige atmosphere, but don't let this description discourage you, we had a great time in Turin, and the room was a welcome home base for us. Would stay here again.

This hotel is not far from Turin Train Station. Can walk there easily without any confusion in the direction. Though not far from the train sation, the surrounding area is quite nice and safe with some good restaurants nearby. Staffs are really nice. Always smile and willing to help you with any question you have. Hotel and room is quite new and clean. Room is pretty big. Bathroom is nice. Elevator is a bit small though. TV in room. Pretty good breakfast. A nice stay.

I would say.. the best hotel in Turin within Budget. The Rooms are very comfortable, very clean, Breakfast is OK, Internet is Fast. The Bathroom as got Jacuzzi Bath Tub to relax. I really recommend this hotel to all.

The staff at this centrally located hotel is very friendly and helpful. We found the rooms nice and clean. Breakfast in Italy is not a very important meal, but the breakfast buffet here definitely exceeded our expectations. If one arrives by car, the adjacent parking garage is very useful (fee €20 / day). Sightseeing, restaurant and shopping areas are within short walking distances, including a famous GROM ice cream shop in Via Garibaldi.

Very nice and clean place for an affordable price. Walking distance to the railway station and a super delicious bakery next door. Good coffee in the hostel bar and a helpful and friendly staff. I will come back again!

It's very far from City centre. But the price is so cheap. We have to travel by tram for 15 minutes. Other things of the hotel are o.k.

Staff is very friendly (an Italian womon) as well as english speaking is proploty there is not racist cos for instance, sometimes other hotelier are wathcing customer and then it seems to be proud of ourself. it means “i’m European” . Judge of person by his appearance. i’m asian as a working hotelier which is intercontinental hotel room division manager. nice room conditions but room way is difficult find it cos there are 2 ways 1,2 was got lift 2times :) however, it other cirsumstance i was forgot everything cos best hospitality customer service ever in this hotel.

Little stuffy at the hotel room and air ventilation system was not that good... being forced to open the window but got air pollution as the noise from the car at main road had influenced my sleeping quality

The hotel just opposite the train station and tram station. It's a bit of distance to find good eateries. Staff had been very friendly and helpful!

I had stayed at the hotel a few times before and found that the high standards have been kept up and the rooms still look as fresh as they did when the hotel opened. Moreover, breakfast has significantly improved since my last visit, with very fresh fruit salad (a rarity in my experience) and excellent cakes being provided. All this for a very reasonable price.

This 3 star hotel is a bit old, you can tell from its marble pillars, staircase that once it was quite grand, but time has faded its glamour. The carpets are stained and make you feel a bit uncomfortable. Luckily the room has wooden floor, and is clean. The room is quite spacious but basic, the bathroom also. The breakfast is quite generous too. Overall, with regard to its price, a good value stay.

Comfortable rooms with everythings you could expect of a 4 - Star Hotel.Pleasant staff, who were helpful in answering our questions of local signtseeing,tram and taxis and restaurants etc. Only lacked bell services - we had to carry our won bags to rooms, but the lifts were efficient

The hotel is part of a redevelopment of the old Fiat Lingotto factory. The redevelopment has been reaally well done, with a conference centre, cinema etc. Best of all, the Eataly store / resturant across the road is a superb shoping / eating experience for anyone interested in Italian food / drink. The hotel is good, big rooms, good breakfast, small fitness facilities. The Metro connection to the City Centre is excellent. The Lingotto station is across the road and trains are only a couple of minutes apart; the Port Nuova station in central Turin is about 10 / 15 minutes ride away. The Wifi was not included in the high room rate

the hotel is from the Fascist time so the architecture is pompous but it has its charme and the standing of the hotel is good. its location is the best in Turin with every top city spot at a walking distance

It is very convenience if you are visiting the Juventus stadium in Turin. Half and hour to the city center by bus. Recommanded to check the bus schedule first.

The rooms are average size for Italy and clean. The furniture is "old" style / retro. As I was there for work I just wanted a quieted place to sleep with internet and central ... And that was exactly what I got

I absolutely loved location. It was very close to train station and all major attraction. Room was clean and basic, but enough. Very secure for female traveler. Would stay again.

One of the hosts was quite grumpy when i arrived because i rang the bell at around 11PM. Despite his seeing me dripping wet as it was raining hard outside, he wasted no time saying it was late. His attitude would have been reasonable have i not advised him a few weeks before that i'd be arriving late! And I even asked in advance if I should look for another place if he'd be bothered by the late hour. I was annoyed and I told him so. One of the other hosts was quite gracious during breakfast though.

This hotel have a good service and good bed to stay here, also free car park and you have a good rest here.
