The trip to Zermatt by train is spectacular. But if that is not enough, this experience is surpassed when one takes the train or cable cars to the peaks and is exposed to a visually intoxicating 360 degree panorama of the Alps.
Zermatt was a country side township with great natures surrounding. Wordless to describe the natures.
Zermatt is my favorite place!!! I want to live there!! :) It is awesome, beautiful and extra ordinary!
I like this place so much. During a night, it's so peace full and protected from motorist make the place go green.
When you close your eyes to think about Switerland, Zermatt is what you see. It is a MUST. Take the rail to visit the Matterhorn and hike down.
We only went to see the Matterhorn, so a couple of days was plenty for us. Also very expensive, but is is Switzerland! Great time though.

One the best places for children and beginners to learn how to ski is at Wolli Park near the Sunnegga station.
The city itself is relatively small and you can walk throughout the city. Since we went there in mid-September, it was less crowded, which is nice.
It's a beautiful city, relatively colder than other parts of Switzerland . Friendly people, free of pollution with beautiful sight seeing
it's beautiful city. with mountains view surrounding the city. Lots of sport and leisure activities. I bet it will be full during winter (we visited in summer)the fact that this is car free city, has given the freshest air we ever experience
Too many electric trucks and cabs, driving too fast and.... rude. These small vehicles and your visitors on foot, do not mix well.
A very environmental-friendly area. I saw a very splendid firework of the national holiday at the balcony of my hotel.
chocolate taste good and cheap. a lot of shop selling swiss made watch, but just take note it might expensive then other country like Italy or France.
The city is full of tourists as it is a transfer to the mountain. You can take cable cars for the perfect view of the mountain ranges.
