Bristol Hotel

"I stayed here during September where it's in low season in Zermatt view room so this is a late review . I enjoyed my stay here, the reception is always so friendly and willing to help, felt the great hospitality throughout. Instead of a hotel, i say this place feels like home with its cozy and homely feeling. the breakfast selection was good , having stayed in switzerland for 2 weeks in different hotels, felt that the cheese selections here have a wide selection. The room was spacious where i can open up my two huge suitcase inside with lots of space. Room and toilet are clean and organised when i stepped in. Would love to stay here again when back in zermatt! Thank you for the great job! "

"Enjoyed to stay at Hotel Capricorn. It is a little bit long distance from train station to hotel if you carried a luggage. Anyway, I recommend it with reasonable price and a quite place."

"Basic but all good! Had a nice balcony facing the plaza. Slightly small - not for the claustrophobic. But all in all. A good stay and sleep. They had comfy beds "

Backstage Boutique SPA Hotel

"The architecture of the hotel is unique. We had the cube loft and it was amazing. Unfortunately they need an update of of all entertainment devices this is disappointing. Only espresso cups and no teacups. As well tissues weren’t filled up. We were a bit disappointed.... I hope this could be improved and then I would love to come back ..crew and staff were really friendly and helpful "

"Everything is nice here. I’m lucky that they gave me a room with the mountain view, so I could enjoy the landscape from window while lying on the bed. Staffs are so friendly too. Plus, though the breakfast didnt fit in Chinese well, cured beef tastes really good. Thanks, all:)"
