"I stayed here during September where it's in low season in Zermatt view room so this is a late review . I enjoyed my stay here, the reception is always so friendly and willing to help, felt the great hospitality throughout. Instead of a hotel, i say this place feels like home with its cozy and homely feeling. the breakfast selection was good , having stayed in switzerland for 2 weeks in different hotels, felt that the cheese selections here have a wide selection. The room was spacious where i can open up my two huge suitcase inside with lots of space. Room and toilet are clean and organised when i stepped in. Would love to stay here again when back in zermatt! Thank you for the great job! "
