Hotel is located in a great place just a short walk away from Tallin old town. You can find shops and dinning places just around the corner. The view from the sauna center and top floor is magnificient. I would reccomend to stay at this hotel at any time of the year. We where there to celebrate the New years eve, and even the hotel was croudy, the ladies at the reception desk did everything to fit our big group of people at the same floor next each to other. Breakfast had a large variety of food.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife for a city break taking in Tallinn and Helsinki in one trip, 10min walk from the old town and 10min walk to ferry terminal for Helsinki, staff on front desk and behind bar were very nice always had a smile, but we also said thank you back which in my view helps the service wherever I go, breakfast is a good selection has bacon , scrambled eggs , baked beans alone with hotdog sausages( not the real thing never is away from England), good selection of meats/cheeses and cereals, the bus to the airport is only 3min walk and you get off at tallink hotel , cost 1.6 euros each way (6 stops ) easy to sort and it is number 2 bus, shopping centre next to bus stop as well I WOULD STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN IF IN TALLIN

500 metre from Old Town, so easy walk on mainly cobbled pavers. Great breakfast included..the best breakfast we have had on our month long trip, catering to all natioaities. The 1st hotel where we have seen Japanese rice porridge for breakfast. Our only negative on a 4 night stay was our shower didn't drain very well, but not enough of an issue that we complained about it, but did mention it at checkout. Recommend this hotel to anyone

Best location if you are travelling via the cruise. Reasonable price, just opposite the seaport terminal, waking distance to old town (probably 15 minutes) or just take Uber, which is just Euro 3-4. Decent breakfast is provided. Staff are polite and we could converse in English. For those not English spoken staff (house keeping, they are polite too and able to get help us with our request). Well recommended to stay here!

The hotel is well located in Tallinn downtown, very accessible to old town and the harbor. Room feels a bit outdated but comfortable. Gym is small and basic for what I needed during my short stay in Estonia. The rooftop bar is great spot to see the Tallinn's skyline, specially for sunset you will love it!

A genuinely lovely hotel. The deluxe rooms are especially quirky, ours had the bath in the bedroom, it also had a secret staircase which doubled as a fire escape and a huge comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, great food choices and a glass of prosecco to start with. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is a real treasure in the old city. It is perfectly situated for the main sites and sights. Thoroughly recommended.

My stay was pretty great! I had reserved a double bed room, but when I arrived it was only a Queen Bed; however, the hotel immediately switched rooms for me. Customer service throughout my stay was great, in general. Unfortunately, the area around the hotel is a bit boring (you have to walk to Old Town to get food or anything else, but it's only 10 minutes until you're inside the area with shops). The spa was free for hotel guests and Wi-Fi in the rooms was free as well. These were two great aspects of the hotel. Unfortunately, the breakfast was okay (not great) and the restaurants were quite expensive. There is an Indian restaurant just down the street that is much better and cheaper. Anyway, I would recommend this hotel still if the food isn't going to be an issue. Enjoy!

The view is superb! The WiFi didn’t work at first but the staff (manager Sandra) was helpful and she came to my apartment to fix the issue. Everything was great. Will definitely visit again if I come back to Tallinn

whilst we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, I am very opposed to paying 6 Euro every time you order room service,.. this led me and my family to decline eating at any of the hotel outlets and going outside to eat. Hilton charge top rates for their rooms and therefore this should include room service delivery,.. they certainly lost F&B revenue from my Family because of this ridiculous charge and for this reason alone, I will never recommend nor stay at a Hilton Hotel again anywhere in the world

I got it when agoda having promotion,definitely value for value. Kitchen suppose to have 4 chairs, but only 2. Heating only in kitchen, one of toilet and room. We may asked from the staff, but lazy. Just hope items checked and match before given to us. 2 mins to quite a big size supermarket and to a 24hr small size supermarket. 5 mins walk to old town. Overall good place to stay!

The location is absolutely perfect! I travelled for leisure and the hotel is directly across the street from 2 malls (one of which includes a grocery store) and a cinema. I booked a deluxe double room which was clean and spacious. It was also just under a ten minute walk from Old Town which was very beautiful.

The apartment is very big and the location is good for sightseeing. However, if you arrive early and the room is not ready, you might have to store your baggage at the office, which is a bit far from the apartment. Picking up the baggage at a later time (and checking-out) can be distressing because the apartment is located uphill, and climbing up-/down-hill with a heavy baggage along the rocky road like the Old Town's is definitely not a good idea! Except for that, everything is perfect. Room rate is fair; hardware is well-maintained and amenities are well-prepared.

We’ve stayed here a couple of times and really like it. A great location, very central and right next to the bus station (the bus service in Estonia is fantastic). The rooms are lovely and the breakfast is really, really good! The staff are friendly very helpful.

Stay was very nice, except two things: 1) We get two rooms, both located in different wings of hotel, so we can't leave our kids. 2) Terrible food served during dinner in hotel restaurant. I'm newer ever want to see this naked rabbit form main course. Also smoked pork was awful! Only positive side of dinner was our waitress, who serve us on higher level!

It was a very basic hotel. Room had only one electric plug point. I had to unplug the only table lamp to charge my mobile phone. Breakfast was also very basiic.

Pros: it’s close to all the best restaurants and attractions that Tallinn Old Town has to offer! It’s just opposite Tallinn Tourist Information Centre!! Cons: need a safety deposit box.

We absolutely loved this place - it's definitely one of the best places we've ever stayed. We loved the large home, the play place for our small kids, the ability to use the boat whenever we wanted, and the incredible views out the window. We really loved the seclusion, while still being a close drive to Viljandi, one of our favorite little towns in Estonia. The kitchen is beautiful & well-stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint (and a very small one at that), is that we weren't able to black out the rooms from the early-morning sun (would only matter for summer visitors). There are fun places to walk on the property, and we even saw some elk. We enjoyed grilling out almost every night. If you go (and you're not Estonian), you'll need a car and it would probably be good to have SIM card. We needed to call a few times because the GPS had a real problem finding the place. You won't regret coming here!

This place is so central,it is fantastic.The staff only got 4 stars ,because I did not interact with anyone other than in the check in process. The only drawback to the Villa is the stairs ,if you can handle those ,go for it .I would go back there.

I absolutely loved it. It's a beautiful hotel in old stile. Staff were very accommodating , food was excellent ( warm home made bread !)new bathroom and shower, not like in other hotels in tartu. Valet parking , wifi, central location , couldn't ask for more ! Very happy !

Relatively large rooms. Good location close to the centre of the city. Breakfast is very simple but good. relatively cheap comparing to other hotels in the area (at least when it is off season). Staff was friendly and had no problem that we check out later than 12, with no additional charge. It would be nice if the free wifi was no only in the common areas but also in the rooms.

we were there early that morning and there is a hotel just next to it which can have free luggage storage before staff of the apartment staff get to work at 11am. its just a 5 min walk but a muddy one due to the snow. a supermarket can be found underground of the shopping center just beside the apartment as well which is very convenient and everything can be found in the apartment. location is perfect, just 5-10 minutes walk to old town and the view of our room was excellent, can have a peek of the baltic sea and a nice city view. free wifi with good connection as well. money well spent!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were big and quiet and the breakfast was the best ever seen and eaten. The location is best in town inside the park between the sea and town next to the castle.

I am coming Back in May with three other friends to benefit from thalasso therapy. Unfortunately 5 days is not enough and one must consider at least a two-week stay.

I have travelled more than half of the world. It was the best hostel-staying experience I've ever had. You want to stay there, trust me.

Very tidy and homy setup with breakfast on low budget. Walking distance away from center with multiple restaurants and shops, but still really quiet and tranquile environment. Friendly personel, who made you feel at home. Lobby bar open all night, I think, but restaurant serves as breakfast room only during my stay. Not a problem, cause many options near by.

This hotel is located just outside of old town (a few minutes walking) and is only about a 10 minute walk from the port if you are arriving by ship. The hotel was close enough to old town to make walking there easy, but because it wasn't in old town, it was much quieter. The rooms were nice; however, they didn't supply shampoo or conditioner, which you would expect for a 4 star hotel. Overall it was a good stay.
