The Regency is a very nice hotel and my stay here was very comfortable. Staff is friendly, cleanliness is good. Room is more than I expected with high quality furniture and the bathroom was very clean and the marble looks very nice inside the bathroom. The rooms and services are a class above other hotels in Kuwait.

A great place to stay at while you are in Kuwait that provides a great price which compare to other hotels in the same categories, great staff, prefect location, and very good WiFi and breakfast buffet. I never stop booking at this hotel for me or for my family and friends who ask for a place in Kuwait. Thanks to all the staff for their good hospitality!!!!

Staff is very friendly and patient and helpful. I recommend this hotel and to deal with Mr.Waleed on the front desk. Negative: A/C is very cold.

The hotel was great clean and in good location but I was chocked during check in when they asked for my Saudi family booklet. I told them this is a national card it’s not allowed to travel with it but they wouldn’t believe Thai is the first time upon my traveling that someone ask of family booklet out side Saudi Arabia الفندق كان جميل ولكن طلبوا مني دفتر العائلة السعودي !!!!!؟؟؟؟؟؟ والمفروض ان دفتر العائلة السعودي يستخدم داخل البلد وممنوع تسافر فية للخارج هذا ما احزني ولن أكرر السكن في بودل

I visit Kuwait a few times a year, and use this hotel, mainly due to its location for my business trip. The staff are excellent, rooms are spacious, and they do a good breakfast. I will be back!!

اقامة كانت رائعة على الرغم من زياراتي المتكررة للكويت وغالبا اسكن في مكان سعره مرتفع وتصويته ثمانيه واعلى قررت هذه المره لوصولي منتصف الليل ان اختار سعر منخفض وتفاجأت بجودة ورحابة المكان والعاملين تم ترقيتنا لجناح تمنيت ان لم احجز اليوم التالي حجز غير مسترد في فندق اخر لكي استطيع تمديد الإقامة. شكرآ ميراج ستكون وجهتي الدائمة لاحظت وجودة رائحة نوعا ما لان المكان قديم وتم تحديثه Overall, We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was beyoned my expectations. I'm used to choosing costly hotels with rating above 8 and due to my late arrival i decided to choose a cheap one. To my suprise, I have been upgraded to a suite. All my requests were answered instantly. If i have not made unrefundable booking in another hotel, I would have extended my stay. Mirage will be our top choice in all our future visits to Kuwait. I just disliked the smell of the renewed furniture which can be tolerated.

I came in only for 1 night, and the location was perfect - I had time to pop over to the souk twice and spend a long time there (despite the 43 degree heat) photographing things. The internet in the room was great, shower was good, staff was super friendly, and the breakfast very nice. The view from the top floor restaurant was beautiful, and you can even see the Kuwait towers from there.

Nice quite and clean place the only thing it was slow check in and the breakfast is not as i expacted only few items of food better to not include the breakfast in the booking

This is my second time staying at the Radisson Blu Kuwait. The hotel is very clean, rooms are quiet and modern, the breakfast is delicious! The WiFi is fast which helps when on business. They have an excellent gym and three pools!

We ordered a svit for non smokers and the room was smelling cigarettes. It says that this is a 5 stars hotell, maby it was 10 years ago when it was built but now it's maby 3 stars. Everything is working but it is very old and used. Time to do changes guys if you wanna keep your 5 stars. \ Good working AC and WiFi and new towels and bed clothes every day.

That was the best cleanest hotel in the past two years what I saw in Kuwait. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Place was rather quiet that I have stayed in peace and silence. Price was very good. If you have a car in front of the hotel place a bit narrow but there is also a large parking area under the building. We can say that the only negative thing was internet speed in the building.

It was a nice stay at this hotel, it worth the money paid, the staff were very helpful, the hotel is clean and the room was nice, and location is excellent ; but the hotel is old and there is no activity to do, it is only a place to stay.

Excellent. It suited me best since the distance to the workplace was shortest in Kuwait. The location was quiet and pedestrian friendly. Public transportation was available if one could wait for the same (low frequency). Taxi's were available close by. Minor purchases also could be made close by. Good for business travellers. The staff were very friendly and eager to help.

Although we had booked for 2 adults 1 child. We were still told to pay for adult rate for the younger child who is 14. Even though I had booked for 3 beds. Agodas problem not the hotel. You should have a child age section to enter

The staff were cooperative with fixing a booking error that I had made at no additional cost, and then on top of that were kind enough to provide a free upgrade when my booking error resulted in my original room type not being available. After a long journey it was greatly appreciated.

good location hotel and only 15-30 minutes from airport.as far as i learned, it is the apartment being turned to 4 star hotel and only 6 to 8 minutes walk from hotel to the sea side area.hotel will need renovation and i find the power socket is out dated. management is super with all the filipinos working mates.anyway, it can provide you the basic hotel daily requirements.

It's my first time went to Kuwait, i loved almost everything in this hotel staff are no1 and location is amazing especially if you have your own car. I don't know why was the underground parking was closed but security person will arrange parking for you Thank you Best Western Plus

Hotel location is great , just beside Marina mall and the beach . 2 bedroom suit is very good for families clean and big size. swimming pool is open and let kids have fun . Restaurant is average and food varieties is minimum. Overall good value for money in comparison to other hotels in same area. I would definitely book again next time visiting Kuwait.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The apartment was new, clean and nicely decorated. The location was more than great with a walking distance from some nice malls in Kuwait and near the beach. The staff were so friendly. We were offered free open buffet breakfast on the first day of even though breakfast wasn't included in our booking. Value for money isn't the best, but all hotels are expensive so this one's price is OK. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you like shopping, going to cinema, or going to the beach.

Highly recommend for relaxing. Good for couples. You get good Seaview and more. 2 amazing restaurants surprise you with tasty food. One is Aljideewi, best egyptian restaurant in Kuwait with amazing popular egyptian food and a singer sings for you all night! Or Burgers in Dukaan Burger. I truly enjoyed staying in this hotel.

My stay at Almuhanna hotel was very good. The location is one of the best places in the Kuwait city. It is convenient and every thing is around you. The hotel was clean and recently renovated, however my studio was actually small. Regarding the staff, they are very helpful and kind. They serve you with a smile.

The hotel corridors and some rooms stink of smoke... Otherwise the hotel is really good for the money, Kuwait wise

Round-trip between the airport and the hotel costs 12 KD. The driver helped us alot even he couldn't speak English fluently, but he was patient and tried to understand us. The view of Kuwait Tower from my room was spectacular. Just a short walk to Applebee's and the beach in front of the restaurant. There were many choices for breakfast buffet. Overall is a pleasant stay for us.

We stayed there for one night in the weekend, we are resident in Kuwait but we need to change. I was a nice idea, We were four adults and two young children. We booked the two bedroom apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. excellent view even we were on the second floor. All the family were very happy even my father. The children had there time playing in the pool, also by the beach in the morning. at night the hotel had a very nice cabinets on the sea side which is very nice. all in all it was a nice vacation

Clean hotel, centrally located near the Kuwait Marina. The room itself was clean and neat, linen was clean. The room had a small kitchenette, though why someone would cook there when you had a Mall next door was wierd. Had a couple of good restaurants around the building. Was located near the quaint Marina Mall, so could grab something fast to eat and watch a movie and do some shopping.

Arriving in Kuwait's rather ancient international airport with what has got to be one of the most arcane and byzantine visa procedures on the planet, then being held up at the rental car counter for ages (manual record keeping!), I was surprised when the hotel rang my mobile to ask if they should send a limousine to pick me up. And I was even more surprised when I opened my room door to find fresh orchids, a fruit basket, a plate of lovely friandise, as well as a complimentary stocked minibar waiting for me. The room itself was distressed English cottage style, the bath sensational with an overhead rainforest shower chamber, bidet, and claw-footed soaking tub as well as all amenities you could imagine. Unlike hotels in many parts of the world, the TV lineup included channels in every language from around the globe. In-house dining was lovely, even if not sensational. Across the street were several other choices which made for a variety of cuisines. True, the neighborhood (in the city's harborside free trade zone) was not the most beauteous spot on the planet, but the parking was ample, the location was very quiet. My only quibble was that the soft but insistent dull throbbing of dance music from several weddings on site both nights did prove a little bit intrusive, although the noise abated shortly after 1 a.m. I can heartily recommend this hotel. Bravo!
