We selected the Hilton & thoroughly enjoyed staying there. We'd definitely stay again. The staff were amazing, and everything that you'd expect from the Hilton was delivered. Our room was great - ocean view with balcony. Close to transport. In Malta we caught e bus up & down the main coast road which was super easy. 3 euros for an all day pass. We could catch almost any bus & waited 5 mins on average. Ev easy to get to day trips including the north & south island tours.

Overall very good value and in an ideal location for sightseeing around Malta. I used a shuttle transfer from the airport, and got around using the ferry and buses which were cheap and frequent. After the first night I requested to change my room as I was woken several times from noise coming up the stairwell. The receptionist was apologetic and I was quickly moved further along the corridor and had no further problems, a door at the top of the stairs might have solved this problem. There were a lot of students staying there the first night which hadn't helped the noise levels. I was disappointed the pool and roof terrace were unavailable at the moment as I had ticked 'pool' on my filters when searching for a hotel. I wasn't aware it was being renovated but perhaps this was why the hotel was less expensive than others in the area. The staff were all friendly and the breakfast good, except the fruit juices which tasted like watery squash! Would definitely go back.

I really had a great time in Malta and staying in Intercontinental helped. The location was perfect with good connection to other cities in Malta. It was near the bus stop, shops, restaurants, and near the beach (even though I could not swim as it was still cold). The room was very spacious (I had 2 double beds in my room even if I was alone!). I was really impressed with the room. The staff was friendly and always greeted me with a smile. I will definitely come back to Malta and stay here again.

Location is in the middle of 2 popular areas (clubbing and seaside promenade) about 5-10 minutes walk. Staff ares really friendly and attentive. Breakfast has not too many options but all in great quality. No official bellboy but front desk came to help as soon as she finish the other customer check out. There is underground parking which is rear in Malta, even in 5 stars hotel are barely have the parking and need to park by the roadside.

This hotel is great value for money. It's in a quiet location yet only 5 minutes walk to bus or 10 minutes walk to Bugibba. My friend and I stayed bed and breakfast and both of us thought food was great. There was a good variety of food each morning . Staff were always very helpful with any queries and the hotel was spotless. There was a pool at the front of the hotel with plenty of sunbeds. Some of the sunbed could do with replacing but again the pool area was spotless. My only grumble was getting 2 small bottles of diet Pepsi from the bar and getting charged €9 thought that was a bit steep otherwise I loved this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Saved me from bad hostel room! Very affordable, friendly staff, felt very clean and the room was quite large. I checked out of squished hostel into here and it was the best decision. Great value. Good location close to bus stops and restaurants. Only downfalls: wifi connection was very poor in the bedrooms, however worked well outside of rooms (but maybe it was just my room). Also the shower is tiny, keep in mind if you are a larger framed person. (But again that could have just been the type of room I had). Otherwise thank you for a lovely stay.

Not the most beautiful part of the coastal area of Malta. Very nice suite and very friendly staff

The hotel is at an excellent location in St Julians, and only a short walk (around 5 mins) to the nearest bus stop. There are many great restaurants along the street of the hotel and there's a grocery and convenience store within walking distance as well. The room was big and well-maintained, and I really appreciated how often it was cleaned. We loved the indoor and the rooftop pool. Very friendly and helpful reception staff! Would highly recommend staying here.

I spent ten days in a studio apartment at Triton and had a lovely stay. The studio was comfortable, very clean and had most things you need. It was minutes from the beach and bus terminus where you could easily travel around Malta. Carl was very helpful and welcoming. I really recommend this apartment block.

it is a very nice hotel ,friendly and helpfull staf .food is nice ,you can have a good choise in the vinoteque ,with exelent food . the rooms was very clean ,and the furneture is realy nice ,the people at the reception are frienly and help you with a smile . felt very welcome there ,

Me and my friend loved our hotel room! Whilst the reception area could do with some work to make it more attractive, the reception staff, especially Philip, were very helpful and kind. The superior room itself was very nice, modern, clean and cosy. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom was very nice. During our 3 night stay, the rooms were cleaned every day whilst we were our. The only thing missing from the room I would say is a rail or rack to hang wet clothes. The view from the balcony wasn’t great due to construction works but that cannot be helped. The location was great as it was a 3min walk away from the main area which meant you were away from the noise but still close to shops and restaurants. Room had kettle, new towels every day, AC which worked a treat, iron upon request. Loved our stay, thank you District Hotel

Before booking, I was unsure if it would be better to stay in the centre of Valletta or in the neighbouring district of Sliema. I think I made the right decision! This hotel is a minute from the beach and about ten minutes from the main shopping and restaurant areas, and there is a bus stop right outside which makes day trips a piece of cake. All of the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience very enjoyable. My room was cosy-not huge, but big enough for one person. There were some English TV channels (and not just the news!), plus Netflix (which, lucky for me, the previous guest had forgotten to log out of!). So, in short, visit Valletta and sleep in Sliema!

We were settled immediately upon arrival, at 10.0 am. The room is clean, the bed is white. Daily change of towels and cleaning. For 7 nights the bed was changed once. Free air conditioning. Request a room overlooking the balcony. Beautiful musical evenings. I liked everything, I recommend! Malta is an amazing country.

I had such a good time in this hotel. Everything was perfect. The staff has been very nice and helpful, the room (superior sea view and balcony) was extremely clean and of course the location is the best to visit Malta. I stayed there one week and if I go back to Malta one day I will be staying there again.

This is a nice hotel in the center of Sliema. From here it's easy to go around Malta. Also, there are shops, restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes walking distance. The best part is probably the quite large roof top where you can enjoy the view and the sun. The service was very good, especially at the reception. The hotel could improve on the quality of it's bathroom. It certainly was not 5 star (i.e., the shower). One thing we really disliked was the cake in the hotel cafe. We had the apple pie and it was just awful. In summary, the hotel is nice, but 180 EUR / night is too much for what you get.

Pros: the rooms are unique, comfortable, boutique-y and clean, the staff are very friendly, the hotel is housed in a cool 400 year-old building and the location is awesome. Cons: Minor but annoying. We came back to our room one night to find our room door wide open, I mean completely open with the lights on and everything. We thought someone was actually in our room at first and had to check to make sure our valuables were still there. The room had been made up so we can only guess the maid left the door open. Also, I had arranged with a girl at the front desk a few days ahead of time to pay someone drive me to the airport early in the morning. She had said it was no problem, but lo and behold the morning of my departure no car/driver showed up. The front desk isn’t open in the morning so we called the hotel after-hours line and it went to voicemail. We ended up frantically trying to find a cab at 5am on New Years Day and luckily found one last minute, super stressful.

As soon as I stepped into the clean spacious room, I wished I had booked more nights. Below the hotel are there shopping mall and cafes, and Citadella is within walkable distance you can visit that place day and night for different atmosphere. The cafeteria for breakfast is looking up Citadella and its food and coffee is great. Want to book again and stay longer.

My partner and I had the best time at Paradise Bay this summer. The facilities are fantastic. Numerous swimming pools and deck chairs to enjoy the sun. The food was brilliant! There was a wide range of food to choose from at breakfast and dinner. We went half board and didn’t expect drinks to be part of the package. THEY ARE! Drinks were included from 6:30-9:30pm which saved us a lot of money. They also have a happy hour between 4-5pm too. The hotel also accommodated to families with kids clubs available. The location is out of the way but there is a bus stop outside the hotel and a ferry port a 5 minute walk away which can take you to Gozo and Comino. We were very impressed and recommend to anyone. Thank you for making our trip to Malta and fun, yet relaxing one.

This is a very nice bed and breakfast like near the Marsalforn bay. Wifi is fast and room is spacious. The host Joseph was very accommodating and kind. Breakfast is very good, cheap and delicious. Only problem is the that there is no elevator so it would very hard to drag your luggage upstairs. No computer area as indicated on the website but nonetheless, it was a pleasant stay.

I never hated a hotel room as much as I have with this hotel. I'm probably being high maintenance for some people but here is my opinion. As soon as we got the key cards you could tell that it wasn't going to be great because the key cards have been worn out. At first glance the room seems nice and looks just like the pictures. But looking closer the room looks a bit run down. The bed was two twin size beds that were constantly separating from each other and the backboard which is obnoxious. I had to put my shoes under the bed poles so the beds would stop separating. The linens provided were terrible. Just a thin brown blanket that clearly need to be replaced. The pillows definitely needed to replaced as well. I hated that the whole room and hallway was tile because I could hear everything from the room above me to the hallway outside the room. The room is not expensive but in malta you can definitely pay a little bit more for something a lot better.

The hotel is excellently located just a short walk away from the Gozo ferry port. We stayed in a Superior room which was very spacious and comfortable, with a million dollar view of the islands of Comino and Malta from the balcony. The staff were also very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel also had a good list of amenities on offer including indoor and outdoor pools, gym, games room and cinema which was fantastic. The only downside was the quality of the breakfast on offer - I would describe it as decent at best and nothing to write home about. Aside from that, everything about our stay was perfect and would definitely visit again!

Fantastic location in the heart of Valletta. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast one of the best we’ve had in a hotel. We hope to stay again.

Stayed there for 4 days and booked the penthouse studio. The excellent: great welcome by Jairo, one of the managers, he did not spare any effort to guide me on things to do, to see, how to get where , tips & tricks, apps to download and what to expect. He gallantly brought my suitcase up - 4 floors, no elevator. Excellent wi-fi The very good: location, location, location. The walk to St. Julians is 5 mins, to the Harbour cruises 10 mins, yet the Central Suites are located in a residential neighbourhood and is remarkably quiet and peaceful in the evening. Beautiful views from the penthouse studio as well! The good: Small but modern, clean, comfortable, with the most important amenities, no frills. What could be improved? Small things like a hook at the bathroom door, a little shelf for the bathroom items, a basket in the shower so you can put your shower gel in there. The AC can be pretty noisy and the ventilator in the bathroom does not operate independently from the light.

I quite enjoyed my stay. The staff were great. On arrival I received a complementary drink and received an upgrade to the bay view. The hotel rooms themselves were spacious and clean. Comfy bed. New plasma tv and a lovely balcony. The bathrooms were clean and the bath tub has a jacuzzi feature. There was free parking and wi-fi. I had hired a car so driving distance to Valetta was short along the coast, but you could easily catch a cab to the hotel which I can't imagine it being expensive and than get a hop-on hop-off bus tour which is 15euros. I'll stay there again if I returned to Malta.

If you want to stay in the party center of Malta, in St. Julian's, this is the best option you have that is also great value for money. It is also next to the beach and some great food joints.

I booked the last available room at this hotel, so I had a room with 4 beds just for myself. The price was amazingly low, the location is superb and the view from the rooftop terrace on the 6th floor is magnificent. Very friendly staff
