I found the staff helpful and pleasant, but the rooms were a little disappointing in size and layout considering the cost of the room, but one forgets this is Norway, where nothing is cheap. Its just the way it is. The room had good facilities, but could have done with more room to hang my suit and shirts. We enjoyed the views from the 33rd floor, enjoying our ‘sun downers’, not that we saw any sun, due to the time of the year! I had a small window I could open, but it only opened partially, to stop me (I assume) falling out, however in my colleagues room, her window opened up completely which I thought was potentially dangerous. As I suffer from vertigo, I quickly gave up taking photographs out of it. I never did get the chance to work out how their coffee machine worked. I took a video of it so someone else can tell me!! Breakfast was good and plentiful. I've never seen a fried egg with bacon going through it. I found this quite novel.

We stayed here the night before our flight back to the US. It's very conveniently right outside the airport you walk out and right onto the walkway for the hotel. We just took out luggage cart from baggage claim to the room and back with us the next morning. The room was clean and comfy, we noticed the water pressure was low so longer showers if you're getting ready in a hurry. We didn't use any facilities, the room was cheaper without the breakfast so we didn't get it but you can buy it at the front desk for cheaper than paying at the restaurant. Although the public transit in Norway is top notch and can take you anywhere in town or out it's best to stay close to where most of your activity will be. We stayed in a different hotel in the city center which is about 30 min from the airport.

We stayed 4 nights in a family room (parents and two kids 21 and 18). The position id good (750 m from the Oslo central station) and you can reach it by tram (36 NOK) or walking (suggested). Check in very fast. Room big enough for 4 people (and the luggage) and very clean. Bathroom small but clean and functional. Basic consumable. Free Wi-Fi available in the room and in the lobby with very good throughput. Concierge professional and helpful about suggestions for restaurants and events. Included breakfast (English and Continental) buffet (it is a sort of all you can eat). Unlimited quantity and a lot of choice. Taking into account the cost of life in Norway it was an amazing quality/price ratio!

I stayed in a 8 person mixed dorm room but I was travelling with 2 other guys. Although we had booked separately, the lady at the counter was kind enough to look through the bookings and got us the same room! The hostel is conveniently located next to a convenient store for your daily needs and relatively near to the bus/train station (about 10 - 15 minute walk) so I didn't have to worry about missing my bus/flight! You had to pay a little bit more if you want a towel and bed linen but I don't think its too bad as long as you've either brought your own linen and towel or taken into account of that charge. You can also do your laundry there for a small fee. Rooms were clean and tidy, had a fridge, good showers, and a hob for cooking. There are no cutlery or utensils so you're better off bringing some or buying some paper ones if you're planning to dine in or cook. Really good stay! Side note, this hostel plays really funky funky tunes at the lobby. Old school hip hop and some really fresh tunes to chill out and have a beer over with friends!

I was disappointed about no pool or sauna - even though they had a deal with the gym across the road but it closed at 6pm. I want to be out exploring the city all day and then come back for a swim & sauna. This was not stated anywhere when booking (and I would of not booked if I had known). There was no compendium with information on hotel facilities or about the city ect The window was open and I didn't realise until into the night as it was behind the curtains... I could not figure out why it was so cold. The pillows were very soft - I had to use three of them to sleep on. As someone new to Norway & Oslo I was hoping for a nice view of the city instead I got a view of the back of the building & the road.

After going through a Norway in a nutshell from Oslo, we arrived in Bergen around 7:30 pm. The hotel was 15 minutes' walk from the station and just next to the Bryggen. For dinner, we planned to go to Enhjørningen Restaurant in the Bryggen, which was fully booked up, and instead went to To Kokker also in the Bryggen. The dishes were nice. As we need to leave from Bergen in the morning, it was quite convenient that the airport bus starts just in front of the hotel. That was one of the main reasons why we chose this hotel. A surprising plus was the superb breakfast buffet. Among other things, three types of smoked salmon were delicious.

If you're looking for a hotel near Oslo Airport to stay for 1 night, you may consider this hotel. Transportation between airport and this hotel is convenience. An airport bus stop is just in front of the hotel and the bus runs every 20 minutes. Bus from/to airport takes about 5 minutes. I reserved a twin bed room and was surprised with the small size of the bed. It's about 30 inches wide (later on I found other hotel in Norway also provided twin bed in this small size, not sure if this is the standard setting in Norway). I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast given by the hotel. Food was tasty and several types of fresh fruits were provided.

Old hotel that is undergoing renovation during our stay. I find the middle aged lady in the reception area annoying as she made sarcastic comments about my name. She was not helpful and made our booking sound very complicated (We had 2 separate bookings for our stay) I honestly think that she should retire from her job if she's not happy anymore instead of making other guests feel unwelcome and awkward. Luckily, the the other staff were pleasant and friendly and helped us manage our booking. Facilites badly needed renovation... ELevator had an unpleasant smell... The thing that I loved the most is the location, it has the best location in the area. Distinct smell in the lobby and hallways due to old carpet. Breakfast was great, and bathrooms were very clean Will stay in this hotel again especially after the renovation.

An easy five minute walk from the terminal under a glass tunnel. Very convenient. Smallish room. Beds very narrow, and fixed about six inches apart. Still very comfortable. Great pillows. No refrigerator. Despite being close to the airport, the room was very quiet. My first time in Norway and I rented a car. This was a mistake since I only went to Oslo and should have used public transportation. The parking fees were outrageous. Not the hotel's fault, but good to know for next time.

Perfect location. Have bus from/to the airport stop right outside of the hotel. Walking distance to most of attractions in Trondheim. The room is not so big but cosy. Provide babycot at no extra cost. The air ventilation wasn’t so good though. For my personal experience the pillows weren’t so comfortable (too flat and too soft). Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is nice, but the variation of foods are a little bit limited.

Value for money, studio room has a mini kitchen and cooker however it's too small to cook afte fitted in so many wardrobes and only with two plates and cups. The hotel room is clean and tidy with a balcony as well. If you pre order your breakfast one day before you will get a discount too I would say this place is cheap for Oslo. They should consider to make the hotel sign a bit noticeable on the outside.

We had a really good stay at the Scandic Neptun. The rooms were very comfortable. The hotel location is at the quieter side of Bergen which was good for us. Its just a short walk to the shopping street, the Seafood Market/ Tourist Information centre and all the sights of Bergen so its still very central (its a small town). For those catching the fjordtour ferries, its also very convenient as the ferry terminal is just down the road beside the the Seafood Market/ Tourist Information centre. The best part of the stay was the buffet breakfast which was included in our booking - fantastic selection and very delicious too.

First time traveling outside the USA, I had no clue what to expect. The staff was extremely friendly once you started speaking to them. The room was clean and had linens, towels and kitchen utensils at no extra cost. Get the breakfast option it's worth It! Good food but also Norway is crazy expensive so worth it! Located about 1 block from the Tøyen train station, which runs right to Oslo Central Station. All in all great place to stay the only reason I don't give 5 stars was because the TV connection was no so good. Which isn't really that important. I hope you enjoy as much as I did.

I want to thank all the staff in this hotel, specially Sandra, with which I was in contact before traveling, and she made us feel confident that we had chosen the best hotel in Tromso . Thanks a lot, dear Sandra! Everybody is so nice, that you really feel happy to be at the Radisson Blu! Everything was perfect! Breakfast is so great too! If some day, we come back to Tromso, without a doubt we would definitely stay in this hotel again. Thank you very much to all of you at the Radisson Blu!

Although we have booked the room with requested Twin Bed by Agoda, the hotel has not arranged as per requested. We have got the room with double bed when we arrived in early morning. At that time, we have been requested again with the twin bed. However, when we returned to hotel at night, the staff told us that there is never has such request in the morning. After almost 10 minutes negotiation, we have an extra bed with FOC. Thanks for the arrangement finally but we have a bit disappointed by the missing arrangement with the staff who promised us in the morning. Anyway, the location is great and the breakfast is great too. We enjoyed to stay in this hotel in Oslo.

Very close to all attractions in Bergen. Staff friendly and helpful and loved that they stored luggage for free. Something rare in Norway

Nice and calm place with walking distance to sub, bus and shopping mall. Very nice rooms and nice personal. Parking under the hotel at affordable prices. Five minutes from Akers Brygge with the sub across the street from the hotel. Amazing breakfast between 06.30 - 10.00. I recomend everyone to try Radisson BLU in Nydalen, its worth it.

Place was so clean and beautiful, very peaceful and easy check in... the breaksfast is super! And just infront of the hotel there can u find Mcdonalds and gasoline station. Cons: too expensive parking fee ( 190nok per dag) we pay the whole day anyway even if we just park from 10pm to 7am But otherwise it waa quite a nice stay there...

This hotel is by far the best I’ve stayed anywhere for this money. Fabulous views across to the lake, delicious buffet breakfast. Tea and coffee in room, fridge, iron and ironing board, beautiful decor. Friendly helpful staff made our stay even better.

We received a warm and friendly welcome. The staff also gave helpful advice on good dining places. The room was comfortable and quiet and the hotel was a short walk from the bus and train station. Good value hotel for Norway.

Perfect location for me as I was landing late at night and didn't want to have to worry about travelling to another location. Check in was swift and efficient. The rooms are well propotioned and offer all of the required facilities. Breakfast is diverse allowing a multitude of options for a discerning diner, of which I am not but I could see the appeal! I would definitely use again if the same business trip presented itself.

The staff was helpful in helping us find the location of the apartment, which requires exact address (if not taxi drivers would not be able to get there). It is an apartment, therefore there are rules to follow such as no use of washing machine after a certain time. And because it is not a specified service apartment, cleaning is not everyday (unless you ask for it & pay additional), it is also not a traditional check-in counter. Staff is very friendly, the means of communication is through digital (e-mail / if you have a local number) however if you are a tourist, need to make sure you have wi-fi to contact the staff when you are arriving at the exact time you specified. The place is very clean, and have everything you will need. It Is located slightly outside the main area of the city which requires 20+ mins to get to. Good for long term stays.

Love the place, with the swimming pool and the sauna being my favourites. Breakfast was good too. You'll preferably have a car if you're staying here though, may be a bit inconvenient to get around and about if otherwise. Probably the only downside was that the staff was a bit cold when we were checking in, and no offer of assistance with our luggages to the room which was some steps above. Nonetheless, stay was comfortable and will definitely consider staying there again if we return.

Quite as expected. Very quiet surroundings although almost in the city center. The stay was in every way pleasant, although not outstanding on any counts.

I do not know how Radisson Blue manages to take all the good location in Norway. If I visit Norway next time, Radisson Blue will be my first choice. Hotel was little old inside, but the room condition was excellent.
