I was only there for 1 not, but during my stay there, the staff were very accommodating and friendly, especially Donna! Helping me out with my 20kg luggage without me asking was such a wonderful gesture I got from the staff members. Thank you for making my stay so memorable!

Conturce was the best hostel I've ever stayed in. Very clean, spacious, good facilities, conveniently located, and most importantly amazing staffs! I will definitely stay there again!

Great experience, a little small (especially the bathroom) but otherwise great. Staff was great. Rich offered plenty of help and even took us out to a local drum music event. Great service~

Santana, the driver, is phenomenal. We had our own room, each with a full size bed, but the bathroom didn’t have towels to dry hands or a bath mat. The kitchen was very limited in terms of cooking tools. It wasn’t the cleanest, but is really did the trick and we did enjoy our stay.

This was a very bad place to stay. Not clean. No water in the shower. Broken toilet. No wifi in the room or in the lobby. The aircond was very cold all the time and made a lot of noise.It was not possible to adjust the temperature. I froze all the time, even with all my clothes on. Many guests complained to the owner and the staff. Nothing happened. They replied very arrogant. The owner said: " You should be glad you are not in Paris." (This was the day after the terror in Paris) I paid for a place where it was imnpossible to sleep? This is he worst experience i ever had with a guesthouse or hotel

If you're looking for luxury this is not your hotel but if you're looking for a clean confy room with excellent location,this is it. Clean rooms, relaxing terrace on the roof and excellent location. Walking distance from supermarket,restaurants and the beach.

Naniqui looks nice from outside but if you entered the gate its changing. We didnt felt us welcome. We arrived with lots of lugagge and bevor we entered in the room the owner want to have the money even if we hadnt obe free hand. It seems they interest just your money. The rooms was not so clean specially the floor seemed ugly and uncleaned, the bathroom was ok. In the night you will find cocraches in the room and bathroom. The description promise you a TV, it is having 5 working channels and every day less. At last day even not one was working anymore. The hole stay was not value for money and we never felt us comfortable there. It was our worst stay during our 4 weeks puerto rico.

Good for the price but need to improve the humidity issue in the rooms. The rooms in the main buildings are ok and spacious.

It's probably the best hotel I could find within a reasonable walking distance to the Biobay tour pick up spot and all the restaurant. We went in a group of 4 and lived on the first flloor with 2 bedrooms , one bathroom, one kitchen and a dining room. Everything was clean and comfortable.

After traveling around Puerto Rico for a few days, it was a pleasure to stay at Parguera Plaza Hotel. The managers were warm and welcoming and made me feel like part of the Parguera Plaza family immediately. They were warm, friendly, and knowledgeable, and were able to help organize activities on the fly. They went out of their way to make my holiday better. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Located right next to the town plaza/square, it was convenient for accessing all of the activities in Parguera. With two hotel restaurants just a few steps away, there were a lot of dining options and chefs were happy to customize any meals not on the menus. I would definitely stay here again and recommend Parguera Plaza Hotel to anyone visiting the area.

My stay was great and it was exactly what I was looking for, a clean room, close to beach, restaurants, and bars.

i will always use the hotel again on all my future trips to the san juan condado, puerto rico area. i have tried several economical hotels but this one has been the best and i correct is has been the very best. it also includes a nice continental breakfast and the eating area is very clean. the young man serving the clients in the breakfast area was very polite,courteous and pleasing with everyboy. the check out was in a jiffy no complication at all. hotel miramar you gave us a great service and i will recommend your hotel to all the persons that i know. once again thank you!!!!!

It was great! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Just FYI, GPS routes you to a place down the street but the address is clearly marked so keep on driving! You walk out the back door and you're on the beach. We LOVE the white noise, but the waves were unusually loud and crashed very violently during our stay (we were told it was unusually windy) so we slept pretty poorly. We stayed in the Gecko room and it was decorated accordingly, but the quilt on the bed looked like it was from Grandma's house...pink and flowery. The bed and pillows were comfy, the room had a fridge and bottle opener and ice to cool our drinks. The community patio was located outside our room so we had very little privacy, but it was fun anyway! Also we were sent to a restaurant about 1.5 miles down the road and it was PHENOMENAL!! It was our favorite meal in Puerto Rico. Kenny, the staff directed us there and his description was spot on! It's also very close to Steps Beach which usually has great snorkeling, but the wind was out of control that weekend so we were unable to enjoy the usually calm waters.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The employees were great and the hammocks by the pool were so nice. We only wish we had stayed longer.

Our stay was very pleasant. Unfortunately, we used bookings.com to book this hotel, and after they put us on hold for 45+ minutes (when we were giving them a courtesy call to announce our arrival) their representative was incredibly rude to my wife and me. We will not use booking.com in the future, and we recommend others to not use their services either.

for the price you pay it's a great deal. the room and facility are clean and well kept. it is not super fancy but i found it to be comfortable and convenient. i'm very pleased with my stay, i didn't mind having to walk up and down the stairs and the staff was very kind and helped me with my luggage both when i came to the hotel and when i left. i also liked that they gave quality shampoo (rusk). i liked their clean minimalist decor and thought i had plenty of space to put and store my things. could use a mini fridge but that is no big deal compared to everything else that they offer. would highly recommend a stay here, but if you are looking for a luxurious 5 star hotel this is not for you. no pool, no spa, no extra works, no vip treatment. but i'm a simple gal so this works for me!

We trusted Agoda.com to have actual knowledge of the establishments they push on their site but that is not the case. We had a Booking Confirmation to this place but when we got there, the hotel doors were chained and padlocked. The owner saw us with our confirmation in hand and could not believe that this happened. The hotel has been closed for renovations since last September of 2017. He helped us by calling other hotels for us and eventually found one in old San Juan. He was super helpful and I would certainly recommend that people give them a call at the Hotel Plaza De Armas once they have re-opened. So just to be clear, we never stayed there but their reaction and care about our welfare truly impressed us so I gave them 5 stars across the board.

We stayed for 1 night and it was fine, small rooms but the place has character, everything a little old but not bad at all, the a/c made alot of noise but wasn't really a issue, the bar was cool but was right next to our room although noise wasn't an issue (apart from a/c), couldn't get the television to receive a good enough picture to watch which was a bit annoying, its a pricey area and for what it costs you would expect more but i don't dislike the place and it was one of the cheaper options. Staff were super helpful and all in all I give it 3 stars

The room was clean, but quite small. The noise from the air conditioner was the main issue for me. Breakfast was included, but the selection was limited to white bread and cereals etc. only.The staff was polite and willing to help with booking daily activities etc. The building itself looks very cute from outside.

We were very disappointed in the quality of the shower. You could not maintain water pressure or temperature. Everything else was great. The staff was nice. Our room had a good view. Felt the hotel charged a larger fee but delivered less than the quality such a fee should cover.

The Hotel Belgica is a pretty basic hotel. Rooms are OK, but not very interesting. The balcony room is not a good choice, as there is no glass in the door, and no screen, so the room is either open to the street or dark. Might as well stay in an interior room with no windows. The bar across the street is VERY NOISY until 3AM. The breakfast is served in the main hallway of the hotel and is very basic (mostly just toast and coffee). Check out the refurbished Ramada hotel on the other side of the block - it looked a lot nicer.

Handily placed for El Yunque and Luquillo's beaches and Kioskos. Breakfast included, great fried eggs and lovely toast.

Updated room photos needed. Booked a king bed, received two full beds, staff stated they were out of king beds. I had to be moved to another room since the ceiling in my original one was leaking. I was also charged a resort fee at the hotel yet when I booked through Agoda that showed as part of the fees when reservation was paid in full. I will be calling to obtain credit. Breakfast provided was great though. Lots of variety

The hotel had a pool and hot tub which made the stay very positive. The front desk staff were awesome. Special thanks to Scarlet who was super helpful. The facilities were acceptable. The only complaint was that breakfast was a little crowded at times and the food was sometimes dry. The location and price were excellent.
