Nice facility - everything that could be expected except perhaps an ice cream stand near the bar would be a nice touch. Little in the area "off campus" until you get to town itself. Bring your own bottled water, soft drinks, snacks, etc., from the neighborhood equal to 7-11, to save money. You can hook your own streaming devices to the TVs and select the input, which is a big plus. (Got live German television that way). Selection of stateside channels could be larger - MSNBC notably missing. Big irritant is the automatic adding of 18% "tip" to the food bills. Nothing mandatory can be called a tip of service charge - it's a farce - they might as simply include it in the price of goods. They have the gall to have a line of the food bill "added tip", beyond the 18% which itself stretches the envelope from 15%. This alone will hinder me from returning. I don't like it; the waitress who served us said many people object - it's not even for groups of 6 or more, but everybody.

pleasant friendly staff, I wish I could have had my wife with me to share the beautiful view. This is the place that I like to stay every time I come to do my business now in St Thomas. I own a Commercial refrigeration company here and this is the best hotel on the island!!!

The name says it all. Beach is worth every penny - cristal clear blue ocean with excellent opportunity to snorkel

This place not proper for tourist of any type. Staff barely had time to speak and when they did they certainly didn’t sound welcoming. Halls were lined with construction workers day and night. Loud music late into the night. Never felt safe in Frederiksted after dark. If you must stay here try another property, but I would highly recommend you stay in Christiansted for safer more enjoyable stay.

the stay was nice it has a pool with an outside bbq which is very convienant. the rooms are a little small for my liking and the furniture is a little uncomfortable. like other places on the island bring your bug spray mosquitoes are horrible. your going to need to catch a cab unless you like hiking up a mountain.

Good view, hard bed, noisy air conditioner, dusty room, dirty shower (I would not get in it).

Warning, This hotel is under refurbishment and is currently offering front desk and room only. The promotional photos are from before the remo and show facilities that are not available. I have written to Agoda and to the establishment advising that the photos and description are misleading.

It's really close to Megan's Bay, which is nice. However, the facility is very out dated and you will find plenty of things wrong with the place. It's like a cheap motel from the 70's stuck on a side of an island. Our studio room had a sofa bed that wouldn't open up all the way. It's box spring was so cheap that you would be risking back injury, if you got on it. There was iguana poop on the walkway. The balcony door was broken and was very difficult to open and close. There was an electrical wall cover missing. We found lots of little bugs. The staff was friendly and when I explained that the sofa bed would not open all the way, she promptly upgraded us to a two bedroom, which was much nicer. The place has a hot tub, a pool, a mini store, laundry and a bar, which was nice to have on site. I still would avoid it, if I could. Not worth the price.

Very good. I cannot say enough good about the staff. There was an issue with the reservation but the lady at check in found the error and fixed it. Also the waitresses at dining were very friendly and courteous along with doing a good job.
