I love this hotel no matter facility, location, breakfast and staff here also is the best at my Vietnam trip. Especially Front desk Mr Max, he will remember the guest and serving me very good. I coming for celebrate early birthday, this is the only hotel will prepare cake for my stay, thanks for giving a memorable experience for me at Ho Chi Minh, if I come again I sure will stay at here again. Breakfast here is delicious, just the afternoon tea potion a bit small and everything is good for me.

Wow this place blew us away the staff were amazing, the location is so beautiful and the spa is pure heaven. We stayed here for three nights and wished we booked a week, the rooms are gigantic they come and pick you up in a buggy to get around the resort because the bungalows are spread out so you have so much privacy. We just loved this place and for the rest of our three week stay in Vietnam we compared every other hotel to this one, granted we didn't stay in any other 5 star hotel but I have before and this is just fabulous! You are surround by nature and peace and quiet, if your looking for a break from the world and want to stay in a beautiful place with a beautiful spa book this resort.

We stayed at a 3-bedroom apartment for 6 days and it was definitely THE best part of our trip. Apartment was spotlessly clean and all things were almost brand new. You can sense that they paid a lot of attention to detail. We hitted the gym and used the 2 in 1 washing dryer machine every night, even washing powder was provided. Gym room had at least one trainer standing by each day when we were there. Shuttle service is available every hour (not at lunch time) to a few popular spots in town (Love Bridge, Cham Museum, My Khe Beach, etc.) The only downside would be its location being off the town centre and surrounded by nothing (mind you, some may appreciate the peace and quiet). If you are hungry, want to grab something to eat and don't feel like calling a taxi to venture afar, you will be left with not much choice but the in-room dining service or the restuarant within the hotel. We ordered in room dinner once, very reasonably priced, but not the best taste we had in Da Nang.

I strongly recommend you people who want enjoy great food, exotic atmosphere, speedy response of kind staffs and the place located along the riverside in Hoi An. The hotel was not big but beautiful.The room was clean and well managed, the bed was comfortable and all amenities were well equipped. The view of river with a rooftop swimming pool was fantastic.Every tourism attraction is not only reachable on foot, but also bicycles are provided for free from the hotel. The hotel provides Spa service at the basement. Foot massage was great and also promotional Spa package was very attractive. Overall, I was very impressed with the kindness and warm consideration of the staffs. Personally, hotel staffs celebrated my mother's birthday with a beautiful cake and birthday song.What a surprise!! It was the last day in Vietnam and they gave us unforgettable impressions with their special treats and efforts for my family carefully from the beginning to the end.I definitely stay again if I come again!

We travel to Vietnam often, but this is our first stay at this hotel. I picked it for the location, but was very pleased with all that was offered. The check in staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. All staff spoke some english and others were fluent which made everything very easy. Breakfast was very tasty and offered both asian and western options. Rooms are not huge but roomy enough for two. I am disabled and was quickly accommodated with a room with walk in shower which was very modern and stunning. The rooftop pool was small but good for a cool down and some sunning We would definitely return.

This is one of the newer hotels in Saigon. While it is not right in the centre it is only 15 minutes walk away. The team there was very helpful and patient assisting us sort out last minute flight tickets. They even suggested and booked us Vietnam version of Uber to get to the airport. It ended up costing us 90,000 VND (4 USD) instead of the usual 130,000 VND. Facilities only got 4 stars because it was advertised with a swimming pool. It turned out to be a jacuzzi pool. But then again the friendliness and the eargerness to serve of the staff trump over the facilities!

For the location, although it is a little bit far - in between Da nang city and Hoi An, the hotel provides free shuttle, so it is quite convenient For the staff, I really appreciate their profession. They are really friendly and helpful. I remembered they helped us to call the local tour agency at night and also reconfirm the booking with them. The hotel also provides some service like "Guzheng" performance which really lovely. Moreover, they provide free courses daily, like Yoga, kick-boxing etc. so it is quite good to spend time in this hotel For the facilities, we can have free access to the swimming pool and the private beach. For the breakfast, which I will give 5 stars on that. There are 3 restaurants providing different style of free breakfast. All of them are in amazing quality and quantity.

I think the most expensive hotels in Vietnam can be found on the beaches of Da Nang. I have stayed at 3 of them now and I can tell you Furama is pretty good but I like the Hyatt right next door. I was there for my Vietnamese engagement ceremony so my fiances friends and family were continuously in and out. Sometimes the staff seemed annoyed because of this even in light of the situation. On one occasion, the staff failed to inform me that a family friend was waiting for me in the lobby. She was there to help explain the process of the engagement ceremony so her purpose there was important. For this reason I am giving the staff a low grade. We booked a snorkeling trip to Son Tra Peninsula. It was a nice trip but not much colorful aquatic life there. I will try the Cham Islands next time.

This is an excellent Hotel. The service was faultless the staff were extremely courteous and attentive at all times, anything we needed they quickly arranged or delivered. The staff made our stay wonderful, we have stayed in a lot of so called 5 star hotels but none of the others can match the service we received at Hotel Lotte in Ha Noi. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to feel pampered during their stay in Vietnam. well done team Lotte

I stay second time! I stayed in danang vinpearl before, that time is good memory for me! So i choose this time vinpearl again :) if i dont choose that hotel nah trang trip will be a little disappointed(because of weather etc) but the hotel is clean, tuktuk and speed boat service is useful, vinpearl land waterpark is amazing, everybody is kind also hotel is luxury and beauty! I wanna call vinpearl is good choice in vietnam! They care for guest delicately! They set all kinds of things in the room :) thanks again and i will stay ur hotel in the future!

Really loved the hotel, as with all hotels in Vietnam, you have to be very patient with the staff as they generally only speak a little English & a lot of requests when answered with yes, may go unattended.

we decided to splurge a little and have 2 nights at fusion maia at the end of our vietnam stay, and we had absolutely no regrets! the service was top notch, and our room/villa was located in quite a central location, just 2 mins walk from the spa complex. the ladies at the spa were busy as bees, but they were happy to assist with our bookings, and enquiries for additional treatments. we also went for the spa programme - yoga in the morning and a tea talk with one of the staff in the afternoon, and tram's passion for yoga and wellness in general was great! if you get sick of your private pool (is that even possible?), the spa pool and the beachside pool were great options to relax. the breakfast spread was immense and delicious (with the exception of some of the hard and dry breads), and we really enjoyed ourselves. the free shuttle service to hoi an was also good, and when they overbooked the transport they even paid for a taxi to bring the rest of the guests into the city. will go back in a heartbeat. cons: the new spa menu had less treatments that the menu sent to us over email, as i believe they have streamlined their offerings. it will be better if there are more options to keep things fresh. there could be 1 to 2 more timings for the free shuttle into the city. tip: book your 2 treatments as early in the day as possible, so that there is a higher chance of squeezing in more treatments later in the day.

Danang was our first destination for our honeymoon trip to Vietnam. Immediately fell in love with the place and the hotel was lovely. Comfortable bed, spacious TV area and the room was equipped with a kitchenette. The view was amazing, overlooking the beach and the city of course. Was really a great start to our 1 week long honeymoon. Be sure to ask for a high floor to enjoy the view. Did not book the room with breakfast but the hotel price is cheap, only VND 150,000. Normal western breakfast with lots of bacon and pork. Otherwise, you can head out for local food nearby. Overall, great for honeymooners! thoroughly enjoyed my stay and i missed it already!

it's so rare to find such a special design hotel in Vietnam with blue and white wall like the one you see in Santorini, Greece. Everything was great, good location, value for money, nice swimming pool, delicious breakfast, super clean room and bed, nice staff But there is one thing which should pay attention is the room would suddenly run out of electricity, though it just last for 30 seconds, it happened for 2 times during my stay.

The staff is amicable even someone is not well- trained but they always tried their best. The facilities are almost perfect except the TVs are very small in the large rooms. And the postion of TVs is very low so we can not watch TV while we lie on the bed. The Europian foods are perfect even more deliceous then many restaurant in five start hotels in Vietnam and in Europe. However the breakfast seems not diversified and Vietnamese soups are very bad quality.

I could not rank this hotel high enough, and I have stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world. The staff is absolutely incredible. Within 2 days most know me and address me by name, and they could not be friendlier. They go beyond and above, and not just polite and doing their jobs, but actually caring to get to know me, and about my life. This is beyond anything I have found in any other hotel. The food and breakfast are outstanding with a great selection, beautiful view and extremely helpful staff (Especially Thuy in the restaurant is so kind and nice) The room is actually a full apartment with everything you need for a long stay. The windows are double -paned which means no matter what is going on outside I can't hear it. For me this was very important as I work from home and need a quiet place to work (Something not so easy to find here in Vietnam) My only complaint (not really) is the bed is so good I never want to get out of the bed :) One of the best I have stayed in.

Excellent, However, one thing that I don't inderstand is about check in staff behaviour. This is not only happen at Nikko but every other five star Hotel I have stayed in Saigon. The issue is about cultural background, when Vietnamese staff dealing with either local Viet or oversea Viet, the staff seem to have that arrogant attitude, but when dealing with westerner guests they treat westerners guests perfectly & respectfully. These hotel are based in Vietnam hence I believe that more than 60% guests are Viet back ground. One perfect example when I checked in the staff asked , do I want smoking room , I said no but will prefer smoke outside & normally up at level 5 surrounding the pool area where I have done the same as last year stay, staff responded No I can't smoke there in an argumental attitude. I have Told her there are ashtray provided which means that I can smoke there & I have already stayed here last year. I terminated the conversation to different topic & try not to pressure her any further. Anyway I'm very happy with my stay at Nikko, my favourite hotel in HCM. Best thing is even I'm already checked out at 12, I can still leave my luggage at hotel & come back to use level 5 facilities spa for refreshment before catching the night flight home . The hotel is extremely helpful and caring. I made a special request regarding my highly dust mite allergy, they do care and cleaned the room carefully on every bit of details, where it made my stay completely happy without worrieness! With the ocean view, it is very relaxing and enjoyable to look from the room. There is a bathtub (which is rare in the hotels in Vietnam), we could have a relaxing bath after a long day. The Marble Mountain is only 15 minutes away by taxi. The hotel is just across the beach, looks like the tallest hotel for now along the beach. May enjoy a cocktail at the top roof bar. The room is very spacious and well equipped. The concierge and hotel helpers at the entrance are very friendly and patient, gave very good tips and advice too, love their smiles on faces and how sincere they are. Will surely come back again if visiting!

I stayed Vinpearl long beach for 3 nights with my whole family(6 adults and 3 children) Everything was perfect except for the distance to the Nha Trang City. It took almost 40 minutes to the downtown and it could be a significant disadvantage. However, we all loved our resort. Clean and safe facilities, kind and gentle employees, great views and landscape. There was nothing to complain. Especially I'd like to praise Korean female worker. Her name is Su-Jeong, Huh. She helped me so much that I could handle small problems in there. On the second day, my pool's lights went out. So I asked to fix them. Two male workers came to my pool and tried to fix 3 lights but only two lights turned on. They said sorry. I didn't know what to say because I saw them doing their best to fix the problem. I was so moved by their attitude. To me, Vinpearl long beach was very close to heaven.

Our family of 13 stayed 5 nights at Melia Danang Resort and we enjoyed every bit of our time there. Special thanks to the friendly front office reception who took great care of us, arranging transport and assign great rooms! It's a 6-star service with warm and committed staff. So are nowadays! I suppose the management must have done something right because they are a superb bunch of people. The hotel is new and so the rooms and facilities are really clean and new. I especially like the kids club as they have many games and activities for them. The charming lady at the kids club was so nice too. Many rooms face breathtaking view of south China sea and we really have soft sandy private beach to ourselves. The pool was awesome with a pool bar selling 1 for 1 at happy hrs!. The only negative side was the lack of shuttle bus. Nevertheless, our experience was still great and we will be back, Melia Danang.

We travel for a business trip to Ho Chi Minh City and need a valued-based hotel that was central to meeting with our vendors. The location was adquit but overall Ho Chi Minh City was substandard in sense of developed major city. Therefore the location of the hotel was okay. There are definitely better locations in Ho Chi Minh that offers more shopping and for the visiting for fun traveller. However, the area in general was safe. The great thing was the top floor of the hotel that offers almost a 360 degree view of Ho Chi Minh City. The pool was very small but it was fine with less guests in the hotel. I guess you could say that it was even nice to have a pool since Ho Chi Minh City was so hot - even in September. They also had a small gym room which was nice. The actual room itself was comfortable. Although, I hate the fact that all Vietnamese hotels requires you to insert the room key into a slot to access power to the room. Therefore you can not charge any electronics or have the air conditionaire running when you are out and about. There is also free breakfast - which seems all hotels offer in Vietnam. Since I have stayed in over six hotels throughout Vietnam, I would rate the breakfast three and half stars out of five stars. The food was decent and the asian selections were very tasty. However, the westernize food selection was off by taste and offerings. But this is the case was with most hotels in Vietnam unless you are staying at a five star hotel. The best thing about breakfast at a four or five star hotel in Vietnam is the fact that they offer you a great selection versus some of the contiential breakfasts they offer you at American hotels in the United States of America. I would personally suggest this hotel to anyone for personal or business traveller - it was modern and overall had decent amenities. As a person that does not speak the native language, it was definitely nice to have most staff being able to speak english - which is harder to find at lower

I’m very happy I made a right choose, it was a truly enjoyable stay with Naman. I like their architecture, the layout, the surrounding - a lot of green and sufficient light. The staffs are very friendly in a conformable way. Whenever you meet any of the staff they always greeting you with smile. The private beach is lively with soft nice sands, not rocky at all this I like very much as I can walk along the beach. Though due to the weather it was not possible to go into the water, still I enjoy sitting by the beach side table to enjoy a meal or a drink. Their SPA is one of the best SPA I ever been. It’s a open modern architecture with a touch of ZEN. I like their SPA room, I like the way they arrange all the details, and after SPA they lead you to area of resting chair with some tea, you can sit there to enjoy the mild wind and the quietness with soothing music. Their also have nice restaurants. We had a private dinner for my husband’s birthday which is nicely arranged by the Food and beverage manager Mr. Pham Trinh Bich Lien and his team. I would like to give again my thanks to them. Most of the times, we stay in the hotel for dinning and that was very enjoyable. Good atmosphere, good service and good food. I like this hotel very much, it is one of my best pick of resort. I would definitely stay with them again.

I have stayed 3 days 2 night with my whole family consisting of myself, wife, my mother and 2-year-old sweetie. No other hotel/resort becomes much better this resort does, I believe. Also my family had a wonderful time there. It took us approximately only 10 minutes from Danang airport via shuttle coach, which I made a reservation in advance also vice versa. There are remarkable beach and pools, especially beach. Quite long beach has fine sand and it was really clean. More exiting thing was that depth of sea water is so shallow to allow children to swim in safe. I wouldn't like to say its facilities, i.e. kids club, restaurants, reception, transportation. Each person would be able to figure out its reputation easily. In spite of that, what I'd like to deliver is all of staff are so kind and supportive that I'm impressed. There's no doubt to choose it for next chance as long as I get back to Danang, Vietnam again

We stayed here for a few nights while visiting Da Nang and Hoi An. The hotel was a little bit out of the way but if you are looking to just get away and stay by the pool/beach for most of the day, this hotel is great value for money! Highlight of this stay was definitely the free foot reflexology! When they told us that they can do this in our rooms that was even more impressive! We literally lay on the bed while they massaged our feet at the end of the bed. Haha was very relaxing! Food and non alcoholic drinks at the hotel was a bit on the pricier side (for Vietnam hotel standards) but cocktails were well made (Mojito in particular). The Rooftop bar was also a very nice place to relax and chill after a long day. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience! Good value for money :D

After spending at Six sense NINA Van Bay,here is EXCELLENT,compared with SSNVB, 1000 times better !THIS is 5 STAR HOTEL! Definitely staying at here makes my whole trip in Vietnam happily,good ending! Seems staff never say NO,they are super well training,great service! Especially house keeping is outstanding! They are very thoughtful ,they know how to make the guests comfortable and happy! Of course cleanup the room perfectly! I had quick breakfast,both the range of foods and taste are great,but milk pancakes are not good. The best bang mi in Saigon (I tried two best know one but here is better than those two! As information,SSNVB ‘s one is awful!)

We initially booked a tour of Vietnam for 10 days and after that wanted another 4 days to stay put somewhere to fully relax before returning to Australia. We had heard from a few friends that Nha Trang was a great beachside place, however the hotels in the main town were quite busy. We therefore looked for a quieter resort type hotel a little out of town so we could escape the hussle and bustle. The Amiana ended up meeting this criteria extremely well. it is about 20 mins out of town using their shuttle bus and when you are in the resort it is very peaceful and enjoyable. The only downside we had is that we were booked in rooms at the far end of the resort which meant a fairly long walk back to the main complex. We talked to the manager and the next day we relocated to nicer rooms and much closer to the pools and restaraunt. The hotel staff were all very friendly and efficient and carried out their jobs well. The breakfast buffet selection was excellent and always very fresh. happy hour was every afternoon from 4pm till 6pm and 2 for 1 cocktails and beer. We would certainly return to this hotel and would recommend it to any of our friends or family who travel to Vietnam. It was around the mid price point for the resort style hotels and is good value.

Booked the Suite Room. Room was big and clean. Even though the room was facing the main street, the noise couldn't really be heard. Hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful. They noticed my girlfriend's Birthday, and prepared a cake to surprise us. (Really appreciate it.) The only down side was that when I asked to extend my stay by another night, the rates offered to me by the hotel was much higher then the price from agoda. Staff insisted that direct bookings through the hotel are much cheaper(Even though I showed her the Agoda app price). I ended up doing my booking through Agoda and requested to keep the same room. Other then that, really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

First time in Da lat. Terracotta is outside the city center: perfect!! Not so far around 10 or 15mn by free shuttle bus. This place is wonderful, peaceful surrounded by trees & have a beautiful lake. We were looking for a relaxing sounds of Nature without pollution and this place was the best choice ever made when we start our journey we didn't want to move anywhere else. We visited by motorbike 'Thác Pongour' it's 1 hour trip from the hotel to reach the waterfall, amazing. The room was so comfortable and we are not talking only about the bathtub!! There is the best Gym room that we have never seen in Vietnam. Moreover, we had the best relaxing massage all over Asia, Thanks Quynh and the only men masseur. The staff are discret, friendly and always at your disposition. You have to be aware that you can share the hotel with some seminars group but nothing will change your amazing journey except the rain. :-) Only two advices for Terracotta: . It should have more choices into the menu . It will be great if the swimming pool could be plenty filled of water (from the rim to the bottom). ​In the middle of the lake, you will see a large, big banner 'SACOM', it is definitely scarred the landscape !! It should be remove ! We will come back to this place for sure and have already shared with our friends this lovely place. Thanks to Terracotta

A truly amazing hotel, best location, staff could not do enough to make our stay memorable. Food was great and the rooms were so clean - should be 6 star in comparison to others we have stayed in - we are definitely coming back.
