I was denied of early check-in and was told to be there by 2pm. •Preferred room not available - I called early for this and it was included in the reservation •,Wi-Fi not working or it was too weak - I was placed on this room because I was told WiFi is strong there •Front Desk who answered the phone (female) was not friendly sounding •No tissue available •No toiletries given even after calling twice the front desk •No kettle available but they give you hot watet upon request •Toilet is clean, this is way better than a room with bathtub •Better is they have watet dispender available fot hot water •Plates and utensils arr available.
