Staff was super friendly and customer oriented that made our stay better. The room is exactly same as in the pictures, nice and stylish. Location is good, with cafes and shops in the walking distance. The pool and are was clean. Breakfast was fine, we also ordered room service and the food was not bad. There are many rooms in the hotel and some of them have a direct exit to the pool - some guests were making noise from the morning (drinking, listening music loudly and laughing and not being very respectful to others) which affected our stay - it would be good if staff could sort it too. Overall, the hotel is quite nice.

I enjoyed my stay! I particularly enjoyed the staff, there were very kind and helpful!!! There are a lot of guest, but there a staff member that greeted me by my name every single time and I thought that was so sweet. The buffet breakfast on the rooftop is quite nice, and it’s very enjoyable to see the sea :) - however there are also excellent breakfast options around so I did not eat there very morning. The only think that I did not like what the naphtaline throughout the hotel and particularly on my room. I hate that smell and it bothered me quite a lot

Yeah, the hotel itself is clean, close to the surfing beach stores and party places but the thing i enjoyed the most in FRII is the hospitality of the people working in the hotel. From the front desk to the housekeeping to the chefs to the security - everyone was just accomodating and friendly. I know Being friendly and social is part of their job but with the staff at Frii, you will feel that their hospitality is genuine.. salute to all the staff 🫡

This mid priced hotel is in a prime location close to beach and shops. Beginning surfers will like being close to easy surf spots with inexpensive lessons widely available. A nice, if smallish pair of pools adorns the property, which has a great breakfast buffet. Laundry is available, and the WiFi and AC are excellent. You can probably find the equivalent situation for cheaper if you book far enough in advance. Will arrange airport transfers.

absolutely loved this hotel, the staff were so kind and accommodating. they’re always willing to help and whenever i walked by the reception, they would greet me so sweetly. room had everything we needed and it was a really comfortable stay, they even gave bottled water whenever they cleaned up the room. the best thing is the breakfast/restaurant the food is FANTASTIC and even if you’re unable to go for breakfast because of a flight or something they’re able to prepare a sumptuous breakfast box for you upon request. the only con is the distance away from a lot of places but i would still stay again because of how value for money this hotel is. really exceeded my expectations and i would 100% recommend to anyone staying in canggu.

I would say that the staff and service there were excellent. The staff were very friendly, and they even gave me a free room upgrade, i originally booked a superior room, but they upgraded it to a deluxe balcony. And abt the breakfast selection was quite varied, mostly western style dishes, but there were also a few indonesian options, and the food was delicious, well the hotel is also conveniently located, about a 4 minute walk to the beach and close to the nightlife area as well.

We arrived late yet the staff were really friendly. The pool is okay to chill, the room is not too big but just enough and comfy. The bfast was ala carte for two days in a row. The highest point is this hotel close to the beach. Nice for morning walk and strolling around. Many cafes till you cant to choose. Recommended!

This hotel was amazing! The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and had ac. We booked the rooms with the walk out to the pool which was very worth it! The breakfast was good, toast, donuts, croissants, cereal, and an Indonesian pastry, and then an arrangement of hot items like eggs, fried rice, chicken or beef sausage, and vegetable selections. Coffee, juices and teas. Very convenient and a good breakfast to start your day and get going. There is also a coffee bar in the lobby that makes great drinks. The whole experience was great. We ordered the floating breakfast one day and it did not disappoint! I would Highly recommend it!! The location was a 5 min walk from the beach and surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants! Location: strategic, nearby to eateries, spa, marts & beach Staff: awesome & helpful , infact excellent young team. Room : we stayed in a family room with a balcony. It had 1 King size bed & a single bed ideal for 3 adults.Aircon was a 2 hp & was really good. Comfortable beds. I would stay again. Bathroom: Quite compact & small. Hot shower was not great. No toiletries provided. Breakfast buffet was simple nice & menu changes everyday. Hotel seems to be full house all the time.
