Glen Grove Residences has a strict "no party policy" in its apartments. Noise complaints are taken very seriously and may result in eviction without compensation.
Please note that the check-in desk is staffed 24 hours a day. Guests are instructed to proceed to the lobby at 390 Queens Quay West to check in. The entrance is located adjacent to the Queens Quay Convenience and Dry Cleaning store, in the same building as Shoppers Drug Mart.
If you require parking during your stay, you must contact the property in advance to reserve a parking spot. A daily surcharge is applicable (see Policies). Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
