Disaster and NO 4* ever”
I have purchased this hotel for my girlfriend to have a nice 1 night stay while in Prague. On the pictures it looked nice but the reality was completely different. The room was too small and had very bad smell. Toilet and facilities were just too old and without and the whole room was without any feeling of 4 start place. When we complained we were asked to pay extra 9 euros for upgrade which was exactly the same room with few little upgrades. She only stayed for a night so she decided to stay. During the night she could not sleep because of the constant trains driving by the hotel, which made this one night stay disaster for her. This place is not 4* at all and would consider to upgrade this NONSENSE on the website. Not worth of the money spent at all. For that money she could stay in Hilton or Corinthian. I wish I could post the pictures from her room to see the difference.
Not recommended ”
1. Wi-Fi is very weak. 2. Beside a train station, very noisy 3. Not clean 4. Very old facility
Great staff ”
The staff are kind and helpful. I’m a so thankful for the advice they gave me, and how much the helped me. I am left speechless at how amazing my stay was
Good value for money ”
It was a great place to stay, especially for the price! One thing I would say is it's quite a distance away from the centre where all the attractions are. It's also a bit hard when there isn't a restaurant in the hotel, I have found it's a useful thing to have! None the less, I would recommend this to everyone, great place to stay!
Nothing more to say but good priced place
If you are there to explore Prague ...”
... this hotel should suit you fine. It is not in the centre, but tram stop is about 200 m away and it takes a little more than 10 minutes to get there. Not such a loss if you are on vacation and not in a hurry. Rather late breakfast time (starts at 7:30) shouldn't be a problem either in that case. If you are on business and have a meeting at 8 a.m. then you are out of luck. There were a couple of mini-markets on the way from tram stop to the hotel to grab some food, or if you prefer to eat outside, you'll find some place within a 100 m. Wifi was OK on the 4th floor. Not suitable for uploading HD videos, but good enough to watch them. My room had no air conditioner, but the fan was enough. One thing to mention - the railway goes past the hotel, so it you do not get tired enough during the day to sleep well, bring the earplugs.
Relaxing but hated the tram noises close to me
A very good hotel for everyone”
My stay at the hotel was a very satisflied lne
5 day stay at Nabucco”
Good value for money with easy tram to centre but too far to walk to centre. Staff very helpful. Hotel clean and comfortable with small gym and sauna available. Quite noisy next to train line and sound travelling along corridor from people coming in an out of rooms late at night but got used to noises as the days went on. Run down part of Prague but 15 minute walk to congress centre. Thank you to all staff and would recommend.
Good value for the money”
Two Days In Prague - Family Of Four”
Everything was great. The young, eager staff were beyond great, they were genuinely helpful, friendly a wanted to chat at every opportunity. A great place to spend New Years Eve and New Years Day. Good value.
Cheap but not necessarily close to the city centre”
The hotel was not close to the city centre but public transport is good once you got the hang of it. Breakfast was minimalistic. The staff are lovely and very, very helpful. The hotel seems to be in a pretty run down area and difficult to find at first. Noisy as right next to train station.
room was cold (but then it was december)
The a/c was off when i stayed in the hotel, but the staff was quick to provide us with fan (though it make quite a noise). This is my second time staying at the hotel, compared to the first time, the accommodation seems much older.
beautiful an relaxing time”
Grand. Internet very slow. T.v needs more english channels. An breakfast needs to be better
The hotel is good, nicely located (though not in the heart of Prague, but accessible by public transportation). Rooms are big and clean. Very comfortable for it's price. Breakfast is standard for it's class. Hotel employee speaks good english, and hotel provide various kinds of tour around the city with affordable price. Service standards are somewhat in the lower end for an hotel, could absolutely become better.
Acceptable service but a bit far from city center”
acceptable service and location, but 1 bad point was a proximity to a railway so we heard a noise from trains on early mornings even with windows on other side of the building. another fact is that the hotel has a fitness but all equipment are only 2 stationary bicycles and 2 other machines... all equipment were switched off and we were need to adjust the load mechanicaly, so if you are planning to make a fitness there you would be a little bit dissapointed.
Einziger Mangel: sehr harte Matratzen :,P
