one of the worst experience”
No one shouldn't stay in this hotel. I booked this hotel while i was traveling in Bali. Unfortunately, volcanic mountain errupted and the airport was closed because of the ashes. Since all the flight was cancled, only way i can get to Surabaya from Bali was taking a bus and ferry. There was unexpected traffic jam and i had to ride them for 18 hours. I couldn't make it to check in there but there was no mercy on refund. (Not even a penny) Even though it was force majeur situation, they already processed "no show" which i don't expected. I understand somehow about the regulation on refund but i just can't stop thinking of this hotel must be stingy and don't care about the customer's " private situation".

Don't book based on location alone- its not worth it”
Its one of those places that was built 30 years ago and has had no investment or updates since then. AC units are as old as a VHS player and just as useless. It's super close to the airport so I booked for a night because I was in transit but Surubaya is not a big city, you are always an hour max from the airport. Dont book based on location alone- its not worth it

Location the main win”
Location is very close to the airport, easy to take a bus there. Otherwise theres nothing particularly nice about the hotel, bathrooms seem unfinished and theres not much around the hotel for food.

Get away”
We travelled 5-6 hours or more from mt.Ijen with smells of sulfur and all so we are excited to reach the hotel at around 4-5 pm. To our aurprise lobby is empty with dim lights. We thought we are in a wrong lobby but so we went in and out and looks so haunted. The lobby is right in and the staff seems dont understand what we are asking so we just let it be. When we reached our room no, water heater, no kettle, no hair dryer and the plug is not enough so we have to take out the tv plug so can charge our phone. We want to boil water to make some coffee but no kettle. I called and request but then the staff said have to pay 100k for guarantee so nvm its ok. But is the kettle supposed to be provided? Lucky we are just staying overnight if not it will be scary coz seems no one checking it in there.

Just a modest hotel near the Airport”
Location, Spacey Room, parking lots
I was dissapointed because I was paying for a Junior Suite room but when I checked in I was given a standard room. I did not complain since I have no idea what the room look like. A day later I found out that the Junior Suite is different with my room. And I urge them to switch my room. At first they said no available room but I insist because I have paid for a better room. They finally give me a junior suite. But I regret this waas coming too late.
