Friendly staff, from the reception, concierge & even the house keeping side. Bed is so comfortable that me & hubby really had a good sleep for that 2 nights.

Breakfast spread are superb as they change the menu daily. Will definitely choose this hotel when I'm back in KL. The cons is only that hotel is a bit old, maybe need to paint the building so as too look fresh & new. Overall, I'm so happy to stay in this hotel.

I love staying here. This is my second time stayed at this hotel and it never let me down. Starting from the reception counter where the receptionist was very friendly and fast check in (10 minutes) the room I was assigned to was according to my request.

The room was spacious and clean. Even though there is no Prayer Mat and Iron and Iron board, I called extension '0' and it took them only 5 -6 minutes to deliver the items to my room. Their service was super-fast. The bathroom was clean as well. Breakfast was good. Where can u get a cheap hotel in the middle of the city with varieties of breakfast spread and a spacious room with clean environment? Highly recommended.

My verdict - as overall, highly satisfied. Staffs were nice, friendly and helpful. Very clean. Location perfect. Just they could change the towel as it didnt absorb water properly. Other than that, it's a great hostel for solo travelers and backpackers. Dont expect for 5 star facilities. But it is great for a hostel with basic amenities. Since my main concern is on safety and cleanliness of room and bathroom/toilet, I am highly satisfied. Will return and willrecommend to others too.

i have found the staff responsive to my needs. i am most heartened by the fact that, being of islamic faith, the owner instructed the staff to provide a plate of fruit to break my fast on mondays and thursdays.

male cleaning worker very helpful and obliging. unfortunately, one can't vouch for other tenants who are non-muslim and dress in a very non-muslim manner. this is clearly outwith the hotel's control. only issue concerns not having spare room keys in front office. this arose from occasion when i had left my room key inside and thereby locked out. after extensive exploration of use of other keys, eventually managed to gain entry. when i reported this to owner's daughter, she was very responsive and in full agreement that this matter should be rectified.

the location is great in the times square mall. restaurants, shops and nightlife. the view from the rooms is fantastic and the suite itself is very clean, stylish and spacious.

as this is a suite there is no breakfast, but there are lots of options down on the groundfloor. there is a great outdoor pool as well. we had a hard time leaving the room as it is so nice.

Rooms are spacious and facilities are good. If you are know the road in KL well then you can go by foot to places like Chinatown, Berjaya Time Square, Pavillion, Lot 10 and Sungai Wang.

Good Service for upgrading me to 3 rooms apartment just add another few more for 2 nights. But if you are driving with car they not allow you to park inside of the covered carparrk, you had to park outside of the Apartment.
