First time staying, great location, super friendly staff. Only complaint was non of the TVs (we had four rooms) were smart TVs and we forgot several items lol but none were turned in. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful.

Within walking distance from Lake Arrowhead village, a few miles away from Snow Valley. Love the Roman bath and Sauna @ the Pines Spa
The walls are so thin, I think I heard 5 different conversations and children all evening and early morning. DO NOT BUY COFFEE FROM CAFE, it’s terrible. But the food at the Restaurant was quite delicious and totally worth the high prices. Out of nowhere, we were charged a fee that no one told us about, not in email or at check in. Seems like they just want to get every penny they can. Service at checkout was quite annoying. Check in was pleasant.
