Great hotel, nice rooms, excellent breakfast”
This is a very nice hotel, and we loved the breakfast. The only thing to note is that there is no parking, only street parking contrary to what's on their website.

Quiet location but good base for exploring the city”
The location of the hotel is in the city centre but it is close enough to walk to it. Due to this the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. The train station is within walking distance too but dragging luggage may be a concern due to the cobbled streets.

A weekend in Bruges”
We spent a lot of time researching hotel options in Bruges before finally settling on NH Brugge. Our choice was based primarily on location (just off the historic centre) only a 10 minutes walk from the hotel, and the quality of the rooms. Doubles and twins are nearly 100 sq m - among the largest to be found in the City at tourist rates, and also well appointed with large comfortable beds, multiple lighting options to suit all moods, and a heritage style bathroom. However, the deal maker /breaker was the availability of a lift, which was essential for us, as my wife has reduced mobility at present. (Many of the historic hotels in the old centre do not have such facilities). Breakfast in the hotel was another positive experience, with a wide range of food options to meet all dietary needs. The front desk staff were all cheerful and engaging.

Overall an excellent hotel”
Very pleased with our recent stay at this hotel. Arrived fairly late in the evening, but check-in was rapid and friendly. Additionally, on arrival we were given a map of the town and the receptionist took the time to tell us about the attractions in Bruges and also to explain how to get to all the main tourist sites - this was much appreciated. The hotel has no car parking facilities of its own but the receptionist directed us to a public car park directly underneath t'Zand square opposite the hotel (cost just under 9 euros for 24 hours). We stayed in a deluxe room and found it to be surprisingly spacious for a European hotel. The decor was modern and clean, the bed extremely comfortable, and we especially liked the complementary coffee maker provided in the room. As we arrived late, we ordered room service - this is the only area that disappoints. Although the quality of the food is fine, the choice was extremely limited (I think about only 3 main course options). This hotel is slightly away from the main sights but Bruges is a very small town so it doesn't take long to walk anywhere (5 minutes to get to the Christmas market). Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and Classy”
Older building with a touch of history about it. Public areas and our room considerably more spacious than in more modern buildings. Huge comfortable bed. Staff helpful in perfect English. In the old part of Bruges but fairly quiet; all attractions within easy walking distance, but out of the main tourist ruck even on busy days. Didn't eat in the hotel as there are so many other cafes and restaurants to try in Bruges. Hotel is beginning to need some attention to decor and updating, but I think NH took it over fairly recently, so hopefully that will get fixed. Would certainly stay there again

Comfortable hotel near the old town”
my wife and i stayed at the nh brugge for a weekend. we were put into a room on the ground floor with a huge king-size bed. the room was very comfortable, but the window looked directly out onto the street, so that passers-by could look inside if the curtains were open. next time i would ask for a room on an upper floor. while the hotel is not right in the middle of the old town, it is within an easy walking distance - it is also only a 10 minute walk to the train station. we didn't have any food at the hotel.

Good location Hotel ”
My stay in NH Brugge Hotel was great for 3 nights and location is nearby to the attraction within walking distance and not too central to be distracted by the noise or crowd. However, 1 minus point is that the hotel management does not allow me to change my date that i previously booked and requested me to cancel at my own cost paid due to term and condition. And it made me has to re-book the hotel for the earlier date that I would check in in the end at fresh booking cost. I hope the hotel management could be more flexible for that in date amendment just to top up for the price difference if really need to, and not to ask you potential client to cancel it and rebook it at a new cost. Unhappy with this only arrangement from the hotel.

Close to railway about 10 minute walk or across Road from Bus Station the Hotel was pefect to explore this lovely town / Village ,the staff were more than accommodating the Breakfast is well worth it great choice and selection room was large and more than pleasaent . Awesome location with helpful task”
The location was wonderful for us and we loved our stay in Brugge. Although the hotel was quite simple on the outside - the rooms were quite spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful also and free wifi was very helpful.

A lovely hotel , large rooms and beds , a short walk to the shopping street , and lovely al fresco cafes dotted on the journey . Brugge is a fairtale town with an air of rustic sights and colors . A very lovely experience indeed .

Good location, spacious room but not that clean”
Reasonable room rate. Near the Bruges station and the center of Bruges, both the station and center area could be accessed by walk from hotel. The room is spacious but the floor in bathroom is a bit dirty. Doesn't accept online voucher but the staff will help you print it out by sending the voucher to hotel's email address. Better print it before to save time. Overall, it is ok.

Great location for exploring”
A nice hotel, staff is extremely helpful, room was clean. The location is great for exploring the city. Breakfast is great. The pricing is quite tough though for the standard I'm used to. 150€ I needed to pay as I needed a hotel on the same day there are no other options.
